A little on the side but close to a lot! The apartment is in a quiet residential area on Lundvallen in Sörberge. Private parking at the property. Very close to Timrå ice rink, floorball and football hall, electric light tracks, and Timrå's new swimming pool The accommodation is located right next to the beautiful Indalsälven river. The apartment is part of our garage , but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on bv and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. Car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

Cabin on the land of the host. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The cottage was completely renovated in 2020 and is about 55 sqm, 50 meters to the sea and nice municipal beach. Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. Small living room with Apple TV. It is possible to use a charging pole for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can drag a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cottage. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

We spent two nights at this place and are super happy! The place is even nicer in reality than in the pictures. We paddled canoe and fished in one of several good fishing waters nearby. We cooked over an open fire and bathed in the wood-fired sauna. So cozy and soothing! We slept in the tent at the end of May, so it was a bit cold in the morning when the fire had gone out, but with warm clothes it was fine! We received clear instructions from the host, who was also incredibly nice and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Sundsvall! The house was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The surroundings were peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, Mikael were quick to respond and helpful with all our questions. We also appreciated being able to bring our small dog, who loved exploring the yard! The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. We only stayed one night, but would happily come back for a longer stay.

Thank you for a great stay! Unfortunately, we only stayed one night but we will be back! We borrowed the kayak and the kids could splash in the beach and jump on the trampoline. The accommodation was good, maybe a little too small and outdated household items for a family, but most things were there. Wonderful location and evening sun and Anders & Anita were superb hosts!

Pure luxury. Peter's house is well equipped, we lacked nothing. It is a super clean house, very spacious, with large terrace. Everything is very new and well maintained and decorated with love. Too bad we had only booked it for one night in transit, here we could stay much longer.
