Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sumatra

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is incredibly spacious—with so many rooms and plenty of living areas, it’s perfect for big families or groups of couples. The pool was a daily highlight, and the front-yard playground was a fantastic bonus. The neighborhood itself is wonderfully serene — you really only hear birds chirping. There’s a security guard at the gate for peace of mind, and food delivery via Grab was a breeze whenever we wanted a quick bite. Inside, the home was spotless and tidy, and we appreciated all the natural greenery surrounding the property. One small thing to note: the garden isn’t fully fenced off. It’s shared with the neighboring duplex, so you might see (and hear) the neighbor’s kids popping in to retrieve their footballs or toys. It didn’t bother us — honestly, it felt like part of the local charm — but worth mentioning if you’re looking for total privacy. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a roomy, peaceful retreat with all the conveniences.

We are here to enjoy the weekend together with the team and be a bit more chill. Met the expectations, and everyone rested well. Whoever wants to come in a group, I think is a good choice beds are more than enough to fit everyone. There is also another small cottage which female and male can seperate out

Loved the tasteful decor, with its shabby chic vibe, high ceilings, comfortable beds & lots & lots of space. For me the only drawback was not having any type of kitchen for basic food reheating. I knew this prior to booking but did not realise how essential a basic galley kitchen is, so on that basis I would not return. A simple cheap microwave would have made all the difference to those of us who get tired eating out three meals a day, especially if one is on an extended trip. Otherwise as described.

We had such a great one-night escape here — it was exactly what we needed to get away from the city. Check-in was super easy. The sea is literally right outside the door, and the wide, open doors let in the most amazing breeze. It felt so cozy and comfortable — like a second home. One of the best parts was how walkable everything was. We didn’t need to use the car at all during our stay. There were plenty of seafood restaurants nearby, all just a short walk away, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The spot right in front of the house, under the tree, was especially lovely — super windy and peaceful with a great view. Inside, the place had everything we needed: fast Wi-Fi, a TV, clean and comfy beds, and very comfortable toilets.

Gary and his team were so helpful and responsive to whatever questions youthrow them at. This is my second time stay with them in the last 4 months. The place is so convenient and right in the centre of everything. The amenities were good- swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam/sauna. The view from the place was amazing with petronas and KL towers at the backdrop. Everything from the check in process to check out was so easy and so well organised. I would strongly suggest Gary's place for my friends.

The place is exactly like the picture and almost everything we need is within walking distance. Good place to consider if you're there for a short trip!

Like the pictures. I find the water filter very helpful, so you can drink tap water directly. Bus stop is right in front of the entrance. Host responded super quickly to requests. I would come back:)

We loved our stay at Penny's, she was an attentive host while not being intrusive. I've stayed at 5 different places at the Robertson and Penny's was definitely the best. We'll definitely be back.

The host provided clear instructions for both check-in and check-out, and was very responsive and responsible throughout our stay. The place was nice and we truly enjoyed our time there, especially our kids who had a great time. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! This place looks better in person than in the pictures! I can only wish I can live in this apartment forever. Stunning views! Very close to Kuala Lumpur landmarks. Hosts are the best. Very accommodating, and very reasonable people. Will definitely go back here if I visit Kuala Lumpur again.

Me and my wife had a great short stay at this place, the standard of the building and its facilities are both top notch! The view from the window of our room, from the gym and the rooftop infinity pool of the KL skyline is beautiful - be it day or night. Really good value for money.

Stayed in a beautifully designed safari-themed room, and it honestly exceeded expectations. The decor was immersive feeling like in safari zoo, animals decos that made the space feel cozy. My kids really love this place! Very recommended ❤️

Diana 's place is a gem. The view of the house is amazing. The house is as per everything is shown in the picture. Clean and beautiful! Is a near walk to Gurney Paragon and Gurney Plaza. Is surrounded by foods and easily assessible by foot, car or by grab.
