It has very big beautiful outdoor space and good privacy while not too isolated as it’s neighboring a public play area. Love the fact that it’s beach front with thoughtful amenities like an outdoor shower so sand do not follow you home. The only thing that could make it even more enjoyable is air conditioning in living area.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The unit was super clean, well-equipped and exactly as described. The host ‘Umar’ was welcoming and incredibly responsive which made everything really easy & smooth. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend to the others.

It’s definitely a great place for gathering! The moment we entered the house compound, the swimming pool captured our eyes with the colourful floats and playground. At night, the outdoor lighting really gave us a beautiful ambience and it’s a perfect setting for us to barbecue. The facilities and amenities provided are enough and suitable for 23 of us to have barbecue, karaoke session and game like carom. The owner was also really thoughtful to prepare packs of ice cube as we wanted to have barbecue. We were also amazed by the karaoke set provided as it has a lot of new songs and it doesn’t lag at all! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay here and will recommend to others!

Our family vacation went well at Kimstone. Lots of arcade games for kids & adults. Beach a bit dirty since its public beach. But we still go to the beach since its only 20 steps away from the house. The rest is topnotch!

The host is very responsible and nice. She was so patient to help us deal all of the problems that we met. By the way, the biggest highlight is that all u need to get to the beach is open the backyard door.

Serenity PD is a very nice colonial bungalow with lots of indoor & outdoor spaces. There are 2 very well equipped kitchens, 5 well furnished bedrooms as advertised, 6 clean bathrooms with amenities, 2 comfortable living rooms and a karaoke/ movie room which we enjoyed, and 2 large dining rooms- one indoor & one outdoor and a large function room. Outdoor space towards the sea is great for our group exercise/ Tai Chi and Frisbee. Pool is clean & pump working. Breakfast & tea provided are tasty. The manager Serene is very responsive and proactive in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The care-taker, En Wan is also very responsive to our little requests. Only snag is access to the beach is blocked by construction and land reclamation work there. But all in all we had a great & memorable family time there. 👍👍

The villa was spacious, well-equipped with everything like Snooker, PS4, Karaoke and etc, and the team was incredibly accommodating and responsive to our requests. The setting was perfect – serene, surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful environment. Great Family Stay at JB Hills! We had an amazing time at JB Hills, Janda Baik! The 5 spacious rooms were perfect for our big family. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, and we all enjoyed spending time by the river just next to the property. The peaceful hillside setting was so refreshing, and the house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing nature escape! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Benjamin was responsive to my queries and Uncle along was helpful, responsive and friendly. This was my 2nd stay with their another unit and my big family still love both units alot. To add on, the Muslim utensils was under lock so we are very assured they are sensitive to our religious needs and there is a 'kiblat' sticker to show the prayer direction. Thank you so much Ben and Uncle Leong. we will definitely come back!!

Okay i have so much to say about this place. Its so amazing, peaceful and clean. I had a family day here and my family really loved it. The kitchen is so huge and clean. Kitchen has 2 door fridge. Big enough to keep your foods inside. Ive utilized the kitchen and im so satisfied with it. Living hall is clean big dining table is huge, perfect for us to have breakfast and dinner. It has 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. So comfortable, toilet is clean, water pressure in toilet is good. Bed is comfy, aircond is good cold. They have a play area where we used it to play games & activities. The swimming pool is huge, my family loved it they enjoyed it. They also have a cute garden with swings and verandah. Took some nice pics. The bbq is also there. Parking is also huge since we’re coming with 5 cars. Check in and out is smooth and easy. Host is also friendly, responded quickly if we needed help. Overall im really satisfied with this place. Price is also reasonable. Thank you!!

I just wanted to mention that there were quite a few ants near the main entrance, and in my room (the second bedroom), there were some cobwebs near the wall at the end of the bed. The sink outside near the swimming pool area was also a bit dirty. However, overall, I would definitely stay here again if I come to Melaka. Just a small suggestion to improve the cleanliness of the house a little more.

The place was squeaky clean, complete with simple kitchen tools, barbecue set & mini pool. Suitable for 2-4 years old toddler. Groceries store just around the corner (can easily get barbecue ingredients). The host was very helpful. Everything was perfect 🤩

The place was amazing! It’s a beautiful place to chill and hangout with your mates! The location is strategic, only downside was the parking but Rachel was really nice and offered to cover the cost of our roadside parking during our stay and so it was really convenient as lots of restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Overall, would definitely comeback if I am looking to hang out with a big group!
