After our own planning with our own wood from the Black Forest, we are pleased that our tiny house is now ready after a two-year construction period. In the outbuilding, there is a toilet and shower for relaxing!

The apartment (84 square meters) is located in an old half-timbered house that was completely renovated in 2024. The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.
