We had a great time in the accommodation, a great base to explore the Cagliari area and the beautiful south coast of Sardinia. The house is very nice, with a well-kept garden with colorful plants and flowers where you can relax when returning from the sea. A peaceful, peaceful and relaxing place. Our place is spacious and very nice with all comfort to have a great vacation. My partner Enzo and I had a great time with our guest Sandro: a really kind, helpful, welcoming and friendly person who has also provided us with many useful tips for our day trips and that made our stay even more pleasant.

Place was amazing, super niche and unique. Personally loved the set up of the rooms/ very aesthetically pleasing.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Sandro's for a week, we were warmly welcomed by Sandro and Isabella. They took care of every detail before our arrival waiting for us until late at night for a ferry delay that during the stay we never missed anything, from the guide to the beaches to the necessary for breakfast, and the change of linens every other day. The location is strategic, a 20-minute author from Cagliari airport and the beach manager of Pula, Chia and Porto Pino. The house is very cozy and has a large garden where you can rest and have breakfast in the morning. The neighborhood is very quiet with bars, supermarkets, pharmacy within 10 minutes walk. It was an experience that also linked us to Sandro and Isa personally and we will definitely visit them again. Highly recommended!

We had a very beautiful week in Andrea's house, everything was great, with the beach in front of the beautiful house. Andrea is a friendly, helpful and fast-responding host. We can really recommend this house and Andrea as a host.

The home exactly matches the pictures shown. Very spacious private area with lots of change. The porch is very nice, views of the pines and you can see and hear the sea. This is within walking distance (path in the shade) about 150 m away. Alba responds promptly and is very communicative and helpful.

We spent a heavenly week (and, of course, we had luck with the weather...) in this former boat house, that resides directly at the front of a calm seaside. Snorkeling and SUPing start directly in front of the terrace, the air changes the viewing conditions multiple times the day - and in May you'll find Antares glooming to the right (with the house in your back). Benedetta and Giulia were helpful, kind and promptly responding landlords over the days of our visit and before.
