Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sulcis

Leonora hat mich herzlich empfangen, sie ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist geräumig, in hervorragendem Zustand und bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt einfach nichts. Möbel und Gebrauchsgegenstände sind liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack ausgesucht. Man ist in dieser herrlichen Naturumgebung völlig ungestört, eine echte Erholung! Ich werde sicher bald wiederkommen!

Ruhig und traumhaft in der Nähe zum Strand gelegenes Haus. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr schneller und freundlicher Kontakt. Fantastisch, um eine gute Zeit im Süden Sardiniens zu verbringen.

Die Wohnung von Edvard war superschön und hat alle 5 Sterne verdient, die Aussicht war grandios, die Einrichtung, neue toll gestalteten Bäder, inklusive Küche, Geschirr und Kaffeeautomat waren perfekt und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Zugang zum Meer ist über eine private Treppe zu erreichen und man kann herrlich im klaren Wasser schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und der Sonnenuntergang ist einfach phantastisch. Herzlichen Dank Edvard ...für diese wunderschöne Unterkunft.

Die Villa La Caletta ist eine super schöne Unterkunft, mit großzügigen Zimmern und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Die weitläufige Außenanlage lädt an mehreren Plätzen zum sonnen und Sterne schauen ein. Auch ein Grillplatz ist vorhanden. Alberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, der stets erreichbar ist und auf die Wünsche seiner Kunden eingeht. Unser Fazit wir werden wieder kommen

Chiara e Livio sono sempre disponibili e gentili. La casa è molto grande e fresca anche nei giorni più caldi. Il mio amico a quattro zampe adora il giardino. Perfetta per le mie esigenze, in località molto tranquilla, in mezzo alla natura.

Leuk huisje met alle benodigdheden, traditioneel maar met genoeg luxe. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd ook al kwamen we laat aan, en kregen veel uitleg over huis en omgeving. De rest van de week waren de eigenaars er niet, maar anders woont madre in het souterrain, en ze heeft haar eigen tuin. Vooral de grote tuin met bloemen en veel plaatsen om te zitten vonden we prachtig. Er liepen vaak lieve katten rond, heel gezellig. Het was er ongelooflijk stil ‘s nachts. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen om de vele strandjes te ontdekken, heel handig. Op veel plekken waren al strandtentjes open, ook al was het nog voorseizoen. Een wat grotere supermarkt is een kwartiertje rijden. De wandeling langs de kust over de oude Romeinse weg is een aanrader.

een brandschoon verblijf . Geen WiFi, prima gastvrouw en heer. Er lagen sinasappels, citroenbomen stonden in de tuin, het was er zeer rustig. Wel moet je voor strand , brood en restaurants 15 minuten met de auto. Maar ook dat is een avontuur .

Stefania und Francesco sind äußerst gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es ist alles sehr familiär. Ich habe noch nie so tolle Gastgeber erlebt! Es gibt immer wieder frisches Gemüse, Salat und Obst aus dem Garten, frische Eier von den Hühnern und auch andere Kostbarkeiten wie selbstgemachter Kuchen oder Quiche, den wir bekamen, wenn wir von unseren Touren zurück gekommen sind. Beide scheuten keine Mühe um meiner Mama einen Felsen zu zeigen, zu dem sie gern hin wollte. Sie wanderten beide mir ihr dort hin, inklusive Heckenschere, die auch zum Einsatz kam 😅, um es ihr zu ermöglichen den Fels zu sehen. Wenn etwas fehlte, wurde es zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und schön! Die Betten super bequem und der Garten sehr, sehr gepflegt. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen hier Urlaub zu machen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit bei euch!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und sind sehr sehr zufrieden. Es war alles blitzsauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host ist sehr schnell, problemlos und äußerst professionell gewesen. In der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht zu Fuß. Ansonten kriegt man sehr günstig Tickets für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, wenn man etwas mehr in der Gegend erkunden möchte.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Sheila per 4 notti: siamo arrivati in ritardo con l'aereo e Sheila ci ha accolti benissimo nonostante la tarda ora. L'appartamento rispecchia la descrizione e le foto, molto ben pulito e ordinato. Il parcheggio è facile da trovare, abbiamo sempre parcheggiato nella via di casa o in una parallela a un minuto a piedi. Intorno alla casa ci sono vari alimentari, supermercati e tutto ciò che può essere necessario è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Sheila ci ha fornito anche un lettino e un seggiolone per il bimbo e anche un gioco per intrattenerlo. Che dire? Sicuramente torneremo a trovarti Sheila!

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Simone. L appartement est propre, bien équipé et identique à la description. Le cadre extérieur avec piscine et jardin sont appréciables. Le quartier est calme. Un endroit paisible pour se reposer et se déconnecter. Simone est un super hôte. Il est très réactif et à l'ecoute. Il nous a bien conseillé sur les plages où se baigner. Il est aussi très généreux. Il nous a offert des légumes et il nous a proposé une soirée pizza.Nous avons passé un super moment avec les autres hôtes. Nous recommandons!

Fabio spot had such a spectacular view of the marina beech and hills in the distance. Everything was new and fresh and arranged with taste. We really enjoyed Porto Pino for the walks, beach and surrounding natural beauty. Fabio was so kind and friendly

Gute Lage der Unterkunft sehr zentral am oberen Teil der Stadt. Fußläufig kann man alles erreichen. Unterkunft ist in einer kleinen Gasse, daher gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer Fenster, erwartet also keine schöne Aussicht. Für einen kurzen Trip um die Stadt zu erkunden ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Längere Aufenthalte würde ich auf Grund der Lage und Fehlenden Fenster im Bad nicht empfehlen.

Le logement de Paolo et sa femme correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. C’était très propre et Paolo est un hôte très sympathique. Le centre ville est tout près à pied pour les restaurants et un super marché est également accessible sans voiture. Nous recommandons ce logement. Ce fut un plaisir d’y séjourner. Merci à eux! Que dire si ce n'est que le logement est magnifique. les plages de Porto Pino sont d'une beauté à couper le souffle. La communication avec Syrthe s'est très bien passé et nous avons apprécié ses recommandations forts bénéfiques. Logement mieux que les photos. On y retournera sans hésitation. Merci pour tout.

Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon einmal in den Ferien in Anna‘s Haus und zurückgekehrt weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus, der Garten, Nähe zu tollen Stränden… war wiederum perfekt.

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

We stayed for five nights in this beautiful house, and I left my heart here. It was even more stunning and cleaner than the pictures! The host is even more wonderful than the house itself. I hope to return soon and will definitely recommend it to all my friends. The house was clean, quiet, and gorgeous, with comfortable beds and fantastic bathrooms. Everything we needed—and more—was provided. The barbecue near the kitchen was high-quality and ready to use. Parking was convenient, and everything was perfect for an unforgettable relaxing getaway. Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison de Tommaso. Elle a été entièrement rénovée avec goût. Le jardin aussi est magnifique. Nous étions deux familles de quatre et la maison était suffisamment spacieuse et confortable pour nous accueillir. La cuisine est vraiment très bien équipée. La maison est située à quelques pas d’une très belle plage. Nous avons apprécié les chaises, les parasols et les sup à notre disposition. D’autres belles plages se trouvent à quelques minutes en voiture. Nous avons très bien été accueillis par les hôtes et la communication avec ceux-ci a été facile. Nous retournerions dans cette maison sans hésiter.
