Spacious apartment with great amenities. They have a washer/dryer combo. Local grocery store is down the block. Easy walk to marina and great restaurants plus the view from Viale Buon Cammino. This road also has free street parking. My only complaint is that the door was difficult for me to turn the key and my husband had to do it. Highly recommend!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem wunderschönen Viertel in Cagliari und man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen, von Restaurants über Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber und auch der Whirlpool (50€ Zuzahlung) waren sauber und wirklich angenehm! Giorgia war eine super Gastgeberin und immer sehr freundlich! Wir haben in dem Parkhaus ca. 450m entfernt für 10€/Tag geparkt, da wir in den Straßen, in denen man parken darf, leider kein Glück hatten:) Für Leute mit sehr kleinen Kindern oder ältere Menschen könnten die Treppen in der Wohnung vielleicht etwas steil sein, uns hat das nicht gestört :) Die Wohnung war wirklich komplett sauber, allerdings scheinen Wohnungen in der Altstadt von Cagliari wohl insgesamt ein Problem mit Kakerlaken zu haben, wir hatten leider auch ein paar davon in der Wohnung bzw. im Kleiderschrank.. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung mit super Lage in Cagliari! :)

L`appartamento di Anna è molto carino e confortevole; arredato con ottimo gusto e servito di tutto il necessario. Anna è stata veramente cortese, gentile e molto disponibile. Siamo stati benissimo nel suo appartamento. Ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio assolutamente! Ottima esperienza.

Appartamento confortevole a Cortighiana, luogo affascinante e tranquillo (ma non privo di vita) da cui poter esplorare la zona. Nel giro di pochi chilometri, spiagge meravigliose e non solo (grotte, antiche miniere...) Sandra molto disponibile e carica di ottimi consigli per vivere al meglio il nostro soggiorno. Esperienza molto positiva davvero. Consigliato.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Calasetta in pieno relax. La casa è di nuova costruzione e con tutti i confort necessari. Il silenzio della zona è incredibile. La possibilità di svegliarsi al mattino è fare colazione nella terrazza non ha prezzo. Consiglierei a tutti però di trascorrere almeno qualche giorno in più perché quando si sta bene il tempo vola! Tiziana is een superhost, zeer behulpzaam en het appartement was kraaknet. Het ligt in een rustige buurt en in de nabijheid zijn lekkere restaurantjes die Tiziana ons aanraadde. Evenals een bezoek aan het natuurpark Molentargius. Ook het oude stadscentrum en de aanpalende buurten zijn de moeite waard.

Eine wirklich perfekte Unterkunft direkt am Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Art reine Häuser mit vielen kleinen Wohnungen. Als wir im Mai dort waren, war es sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem perfekt ausgestattet, man braucht nur Essen gegebenenfalls Getränke kaufen. Das einzigste was nicht 100-prozentig perfekt ist, ist die Bademöglichkeit, da man hier keinen Strand hatte, sondern nur zwischen den Steinen ins Wasser steigen kann. Geht aber auch. Noch schöner ist es natürlich 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den wunderschönen buchten zu fahren. Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Restaurants gibt es leider sehr wenige und keine fußläufig. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da es ein wirklich traumhafter Ort ist.

Wir waren vier Tage bei Anto&Gio zu Gast und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch sonst waren die Gastgeber immer erreichbar für uns. Frisches Obst, Wasser, Wein, Bier und Eiswürfel standen für uns bereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sogar mit Blumen aus dem eigenen Garten wurde dekoriert. Die Terrasse mit dem Panoramablick ist sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts super schön. Wir hatten ein Auto (Privatparkplatz vorhanden) und Fahrräder dabei und konnten so die Umgebung erkunden. Vielen Dank für alles!

I cannot say enough positive things about Enrico, Caterina and Enzo. They went above and beyond as hosts. First of all Caterina contacted me to send me recommendations of what Cagliari and the local area had to offer even before we arrived. She also contacted me to find out what time our flight was arriving so that they could check us in early and ensured that we were greeted and shown around the apartment and gave us some local cakes and wine as a welcome gift. They even allowed us to have a late check out. Caterina also checked in with me after a couple of days in to check we were okay and enjoying our trip. The apartment has a lift which is perfect for getting the luggage upstairs and a big help to me as I have mobility issues, it’s perfectly located across the road from the Botanical Gardens so it’s very peaceful but within a four minute walk you are in the heart of all the bars, restaurants and local amenities. I would recommend this apartment and especially the hosts to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lisetta. A beautiful clean home located close to all amenities including the station, a very easy stay. Francesco was a great host, communicative and easy! It’s really a lovely place, modern and well maintained. Did I mention good shower pressure and super hot water, so good!!! Grazie Mille Francesco, ci vediamo la prossima Volta. We had a wonderful time in Cagliari. Alessandro’s place was perfect for 2, charming furniture, peaceful, great air conditioning. He responded quickly to messages, helping us find a supermarket locally. We found several gorgeous restaurants, all within walking distance. Excellent all around, highly recommended. Soggiorno perfetto! Chiara è un’host molto disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere subito a ogni richiesta. L’appartamento è in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare, il che rende tutto ancora più comodo e piacevole. L’arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, in perfetto stile “casa di mare”, accogliente e rilassante. È stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

L'appartamento è molto ampio e bello, eravamo in quattro e ognuno ha proprio avere la sua stanza. I bagni sono due, entrambi dotati di doccia. L'appartamento è in zona abbastanza centrale e vicino c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente la macchina. È dotato di tutto (asciugamani, phon, persino ombrellone da spiaggia). Rita è molto disponibile e ci ha anche dato molte informazioni utili per visitare Cagliari. Consigliatissimo

Appartement très confortable, équipé à neuf, joliment décoré, conforme à la description, accès direct à pied au chemin de ballade avec point de vue. hôte très sympathique, code de boîte à clef par whatshap. Parking voiture devant appartement pratique. juste dommage que dans toute la ville il y a de nombreuses maisons avec chenils, avec des chiens parfois qui aboient la nuit. Prévoir bouchons d’oreilles.

Ons verblijf bij Aura was echt geweldig! We waren nog nooit in Cagliari geweest en daardoor was het even een grote, overweldigende stad, maar Aura stuurde van tevoren een super fijne gids met instructies en tips! Het appartement bevindt zich in een super schattig straatje in het oude centrum, super dichtbij allemaal restaurantjes! En het appartement zelf was super mooi, groot en schoon! Al met al een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

Sehr gut gelegen. Nahe zur Stadtzentrum. Pool mit schönem Ausblick. Alessandro immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Habe Patrizia nie persönlich getroffen, sie reagierte allerdings schnell auf Fragen und Probleme. Die Anweisungen für das Check-in waren klar und ausführlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Bett bequem. Es war ruhig und der Ausblick traumhaft schön. In der Nähe hat es schöne Strände. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen und ein Fahrzeug dringend zu empfehlen. Die Küche ist mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet, um selber kochen zu können. Hatte Probleme mit dem WLAN, Patrizia hat aber schnell darauf reagiert und es wieder zum funktionieren gebracht. Danke Patrizia!

Wir waren als Familie mit Großeltern und unserer fast zweijährigen Tochter bei Marwan und die Unterkunft war genau das, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Die Dachterrasse ist super geeignet wenn man mal einen Tag nirgends hin möchte und es sich trotzdem nach Urlaub anfühlen soll und auch sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden. Marwan war freundlich, hilfsbereit, flexibel und gut erreichbar. Große Empfehlung von uns und danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

l'alloggio di Veronica si distingue per la quantità e la qualità della dotazione in generale, cucina, biancheria, c'è davvero tutto quello che serve. la lavastoviglie è un plus, molto gradito. il patio è perfetto per chi ama vivere all'aperto, le tendine sottili per la privacy sono perfette. il tendone che copre il cortiletto tiene fuori un po di calore. la posizione in altura rende difficile andare al mare a piedi se non si ha una buona gamba ma porta spesso una gradevole brezza, impagabile. la vista sulla laguna è splendida, il parcheggio, praticamente davanti a casa, spesso all'ombra di un pino. che dire poi della zona, strepitosa per le spiagge bianche e una vegetazione ricca e selvaggia. spero davvero di poter tornare!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines absolument parfaites dans la villa de Monica et Claudio. Ce sont des hôtes très accueillants, et très disponibles. La maison avec sa piscine a été bien située à proximité de la plage, des supermarchés et des restaurants. Leur voiture nous a été utile pour faire des excursions à Cagliari, Pulla, Villasimus, les plages de Chia, Oristabo et Barumini. C'était parfait.
