Bardzo fajne miejsce ,zostaliśmy bardzo miło przywitani. Czysto w środku wszystko czego potrzebujemy ( np.automat do kawy +kapsle,sól, garnki ) całe wyposażenie na zewnątrz (parasol,leżaki) .Pościel i ręczniki czyste- był to nasz kolejny wyjazd na Sardynię i byliśmy tym pozytywnie zaskoczeni . Piękny widok z domu na morze ,długa,szeroka i czysta plaża,na spacery z naszym psem-idealnie Puste plaże i piękna pogoda w październiku Sympatyczny,uśmiechnięty i zawsze pomocny gospodarz . Polecamy na 100% Stefano grazie mile Filip,Katarina,Lukas

Great place for a long weekend or week. Close to beach. Dramatic hiking. Both walkable. Good restaurants but need a car for that. Comfortable beds. Everything worked. I e were there off season. It may be busier in summer.

Soggiorno perfetto! Chiara è un’host molto disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere subito a ogni richiesta. L’appartamento è in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare, il che rende tutto ancora più comodo e piacevole. L’arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, in perfetto stile “casa di mare”, accogliente e rilassante. È stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Die Villa La Caletta ist eine super schöne Unterkunft, mit großzügigen Zimmern und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Die weitläufige Außenanlage lädt an mehreren Plätzen zum sonnen und Sterne schauen ein. Auch ein Grillplatz ist vorhanden. Alberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, der stets erreichbar ist und auf die Wünsche seiner Kunden eingeht. Unser Fazit wir werden wieder kommen

Alles wie beschrieben und direkt am Kite Spot. Giacomo hat uns super Tipps gegeben und war sehr hilfreich. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passés de très agréables vacances, le logement est très bien situé, dans un petit village avec toutes les commodités (restaurants, café, boulangerie, grandes surfaces, glacier, ...) et une jolie plage à proximité. Andrea est un hôte disponible et amical. Merci!

Wir haben schon viele Unterkünfte erlebt, aber noch nie war eine so liebevoll und durchdacht vorbereitet wie diese! Wir reisten mit zwei kleinen Kindern an – vom Hochstuhl über das Kinderbett bis hin zur Maltafel war alles vorhanden und mit so viel Herz hergerichtet, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Die Lage ist perfekt: In weniger als einer Minute ist man am Strand, und in der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ob im wunderschönen Garten, im angenehm beheizten Whirlpool oder beim Spielen am Meer – wir haben die Woche in vollen Zügen genossen. Ein einziges, kleines Manko war für uns die Unsicherheit wegen der Kameras im Garten – da nicht klar ist, was genau aufgezeichnet wird, fühlten wir uns manchmal etwas beobachtet. Trotzdem: Eine fantastische Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren Ende Mai in der Wohnung und hatten schöne Tage. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Das Dorf hat einen schönen kostenfreien Strand, fussläufig erreichbar und einige Restaurants. Antonella hat uns super hilfreiche Tips für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Strände gegeben. Eine Baustelle neben der Wohnung stört nicht weiter, wenn man ohnehin ab 8.00 Uhr morgens wach ist und den Tag unterwegs ist.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Habe Patrizia nie persönlich getroffen, sie reagierte allerdings schnell auf Fragen und Probleme. Die Anweisungen für das Check-in waren klar und ausführlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Bett bequem. Es war ruhig und der Ausblick traumhaft schön. In der Nähe hat es schöne Strände. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen und ein Fahrzeug dringend zu empfehlen. Die Küche ist mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet, um selber kochen zu können. Hatte Probleme mit dem WLAN, Patrizia hat aber schnell darauf reagiert und es wieder zum funktionieren gebracht. Danke Patrizia!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

L'appartamento è molto comodo, con tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Splendida spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi, luogo molto tranquillo e silenzioso, ideale per rilassarsi. Consigliato

Les vacances en famille dans ce gîte ont été excellentes. Les instructions de Erika pour l'arrivée ont été précises, très faciles pour trouver le lieu exact. Erika nous a fourni de nombreuses informations sur les sites à voir, sur les restaurants. Le gîte est très bien situé, très agréable à vivre, bien équipé et très proche de la plage. C'était très agréable.

Great location with restaurants and bus stops in walking distance. The beds are comfortable and cozy. We felt at home with so much supplied to relax and enjoy while traveling. Very helpful host! Would rent again when I return!

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful accommodation. Everything was perfectly clean, beautifully furnished, and we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal — all the places we wanted to visit were easily accessible. Federica, our host, was incredibly helpful. Whenever we needed something, she responded almost immediately. She also recommended many great restaurants and local markets with fresh fruit, vegetables, and other local products — which was an amazing experience for us. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Einfach alles war perfekt. Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und entsprach zu 100% den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Zudem könnte die Lage nicht besser sein: Es gibt mehrere traumhafte Strände (sowohl wilde Strände als auch touristische Strände mit Sonnenliegen/Restaurants/Bars) mit weißem Sand und türkis-blauem, sauberen Wasser, tolle Pinienwälder und kleine authentische Läden mit lokalen Produkten sowie gute Restaurants - und das alles in fußläufiger Distanz vom Haus. Im Haus selbst genießt man zudem absolute Ruhe und vor allem der freie Blick von der Dachterrasse über die Pinienwälder auf das Meer ist einfach unvergesslich. Dazu ist Stefan der perfekte Gastgeber: Super freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen und tolle Tipps. Vielen Dank für alles - wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Siamo state ospiti da Michael per 3 notti. Subito accolte con estrema cortesia ci ha fornito durante tutta la nostra permanenza di svariate indicazioni e consigli per siti turistici spiagge e ristoranti. La sua casa è una villetta arroccata sulla montagna facilmente raggiungibile di grande fascino per veduta straordinaria sul mare! Ha tutti i comfort descritti e anche di più. La pulizia è impeccabile e posso garantire che prendere il primo caffè del mattino nella pace assoluta con una vista sul blu è impagabile. Leuk huisje met alle benodigdheden, traditioneel maar met genoeg luxe. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd ook al kwamen we laat aan, en kregen veel uitleg over huis en omgeving. De rest van de week waren de eigenaars er niet, maar anders woont madre in het souterrain, en ze heeft haar eigen tuin. Vooral de grote tuin met bloemen en veel plaatsen om te zitten vonden we prachtig. Er liepen vaak lieve katten rond, heel gezellig. Het was er ongelooflijk stil ‘s nachts. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen om de vele strandjes te ontdekken, heel handig. Op veel plekken waren al strandtentjes open, ook al was het nog voorseizoen. Een wat grotere supermarkt is een kwartiertje rijden. De wandeling langs de kust over de oude Romeinse weg is een aanrader.
