Anja was an outstanding host who always responded to messages promptly and provided great recommendations in the city. Everything in the accommodation was in perfect order and even exceeded our expectations. If I'm ever in Split again, I would definitely book this place again.

We had an absolute dream vacation in the accommodation, were kindly allowed to check in earlier, were very warmly welcomed and were completely thrilled. We will be happy to come back.

A super nice stay in this house! Katarina is an incredibly hospitable and accommodating person, she will help out with everything you wonder and think about. She came with gifts, gave us tips and went out of her way to make sure we had the best vacation possible. Recommend to anyone who wants a house close to everything (by car) while getting a private super nice house!

Villa My Peace is the perfect place to stay for anyone wanting to explore Split & Omis. Not only was the villa completely immaculate, absolutely everything had been thought of and provided to make our stay comfortable, easy and thoroughly enjoyable. The views are incredible, the outside spaces relaxing and we couldn’t have asked for more from Mirko as a host. The highlight has to be the delicious Dalmatian Peka Mirko prepared for us on our final night.

We had a wonderful time at this place!Everything was perfect - the house is gorgeous, the pool area is amazing, and Tomas and his wife are kind and responsive hosts. It’s like a 5 star resort, except you have everything to yourself. Thank you for having us!

Dubravko and Filip were extremely generous hosts. The met us at the villa and allowed us early access. They had provided some very welcome gifts of meats and cheese and other extras, they even provided beer, their own wine and amazing award winning olive oil! They both came along on one night and cooked a meal for us and gave us a guided tour of the area, both were spectacular. The accommodation is exactly as described and pictured and is very well appointed with everything we needed. The air conditioning in every room including the games/gym room was brilliant. The pool is excellent along with an outside shower and toilet. The best feature in our view was the covered outdoor dining area which was just amazing for or group. Again Dubrako and Filip had left everything we needed for cooking and laundry. We loved the bocca court and the games room with pool and table football. Overall this is one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in. Thank you.

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Ivan’s villa. From the moment I enquired about the villa Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful! He replied to all of my questions super quick & full of information!! When we arrived we were welcomed by Ivan’s parents who were just so lovely & helpful, during the holiday they would check in & even brought us fresh cherries! It was nice having them close by. The villa itself is beautiful, modern, clean, homely.. everything is so well thought out. We were a group of 15, 8 adults & 7 kids, there was plenty of room for everyone, dining tables big enough, enough sun loungers etc. Hot tub, gym & 2 large bedrooms are in a separate building but all lovely (exactly the same as the main villa!) The location is stunning, the scenery is beautiful!! There’s a small shop 500m away has all the essentials then a slightly larger shop about 10-15min walk but a lovely little walk :)

We had a brilliant time at Iva’s home. The house and pool were clean, the beds comfortable, plenty of towels available. The aircon was very welcome as the weather was mid 30s Due to flight times we arrived at 10 am and Iva allowed us to store our luggage in her garage until the house had been cleaned and check in at 3. Iva told us where the nearest beach was and very kindly offered that she could pick us up when she saw our young grandchildren explaining that there are 300 steps back up from the beach. The children loved spending time in the pool. There were a few utensils missing and Iva purchased these for us. On our arrival Iva presented us with a bottle of cherry liquor which had been made locally. We would be happy to return and would recommend this property to others.

My family and I had a fabulous stay in Iva’s beautiful home. The pictures were accurate and there was ample room for all 10 of us. Iva and Stipe were helpful providing recommendations and providing anything we needed for our stay. The home is a bit of a walk to the town but if that’s not an issue, don’t hesitate- book it! You won’t be disappointed!

Our stay at this villa was fabulous! The bedrooms and en-suites were lovely and clean. The pool area was nice with 4 loungers and 4 deck chairs and a large table we could all sit around. The coverings were great to provide shade as well. I would really recommend if you’re looking for a lovely villa with enough space for 8 people to relax and sunbathe in! The location was good too if you want somewhere peaceful and out of a city/town. There is a supermarket within 15min walk and a couple of restaurants and beach bars within a 5-10min walk. It’s only a 5min walk to and from the beach which was great. There is a bus stop round the corner from the villa with buses every 30 mins to Split. The wine provided by Igor was great too! Couldn’t fault this place and we’d love to come back

We spent 6 days to 10 in the villa and we are totally thrilled. The accommodation is very modern and spacious and the location just fantastic. Communication with the landlords was flawless and hassle-free. We were even allowed to check in 2 hours earlier and were allowed to stay longer on the day of departure. The heated pool, which was worth gold in May, is also worth mentioning. We would always come back! :-)

Grubine is the perfect location for exploring a little bit offbeat Dalamatia, but yet the coast us only 35mins away. The villa is absolutely fantastic with all mod cons. The pool area and summer house with kitchen and pool table were spectacular, and made for a great balance with adults able to keep an eye on the kids while enjoying some grown up time. The volley ball court is an added bonus. Ample parking for 3 or 4 cars. Located on the main road so easy to find, there is a little road noise, but generally this is an idilic spot. We love the outdoors and ran in the countryside near by every day, and even over to the blue lake .. which is an absolute must. I cannot fault the hosts Dino and Lidija were both great at communicating and very helpful. Even coming to alter the pool heating when the temperature dropped a couple of degrees without any prompt. This is an excellent villa the hosts are amazing. The property is modern clean and even better than the pictures portray.

We were very happy with our stay at Roko. The house is located high over the sea and the view is amazing. Car is needed to go grocery store and Omis. Roko is very service minded and just one call away. We had also chance to meet Roko´s granfather, a lovely man, and the olive oil and the wine he brought from their own production will be a sweet memory from our stay. We can definitely recommend a stay at Roko´s place.

It was a great pleasure for us to spend our Easter vacation with the whole family (grandparents, parents, children (4 boys from 8 to 17 years)) in this beautiful house! Everywhere you can see how much love has been put into the house to make you feel super comfortable as a guest! There are great possibilities in the house: a beautiful terrace, pool with sun loungers, sauna, a fireplace for a cozy barbecue evening, a basement room with table tennis, darts and table soccer, even a Playstation. In the village, about 10 min walk there is a nice sports field with soccer goals and basketball hoops. The beds are cozy, each bedroom has a bathroom, and the living-dining area has a homely atmosphere. You can spread out well if you want to have your peace and quiet and get together socially again. On top, the hosts are very warm and helpful. A big thank you from our entire family for this wonderful vacation!

Wonderful hosts and a wonderful villa. Exactly as expected and just like the pictures. The views are beautiful and the home is spacious, perfect for the size of our group. Check in was smooth and we even got to check in early. The facilities are great, however many of the towels did have dirt marks on them and therefore couldn’t be used until we had washed them. Breakfast was included which is a lovely extra touch, however it would have been better if we had the option of eating at the outdoor table rather than the breakfast room which was a bit dark. In all the stay was great and we would absolutely return again.

I just finished the stay with my girlfriend, I must say a great clean house, with everything you need, big pool, a big garden and even the playground for those who have children. Excellent host and assistant both, very friendly, nice and were able to give us the right advice and more as well. I would definitely come back and recommend it!

A true gem! Very beautiful, spacious house right on the Adriatic coast with an amazing sea view. We loved staying there. The place feels very private and peaceful, and it’s super comfortable to relax by the heated pool on comfy loungers, perfect for lazy days. Honestly, it felt like a five-star hotel in the best way possible. The house itself looks amazing, very stylish, with lots of attention to detail. You can really tell that the hosts cared about making everything feel special. It’s easy to drive to nearby coastal towns like Omiš or Makarska. We totally recommend it if you’re looking to unwind and recharge. I hope we’ll be back someday!

A fantastic house with sweeping views across the sea to the mainland. All the kitchen amenities you could think of. A taxi ride down the hill to the grocery store. The olive grove, outdoor terraces and pool are the highlight. Hosts are gracious and generous. A place to come back to.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was walkable to town (where parking can be limited) and a few markets. It is also quiet and tucked away at the end of the street. The host was great - very responsive and helpful when we needed it. We even forgot an important item upon our departure and they have already sent it to us. The house is adjacent to a trail that leads to the mountaintop and beautiful views of Omis and we took advantage of this more than once. The house itself is spacious, spotless and has all the amenities we could ask for. We would stay here again if our travels bring us to Omis ever again!

After a friendly and very attentive welcome from Pave, we felt right at home. Fully equipped, as well as basic necessities in kitchen/household items and wonderfully spacious. Wonderful place outside by the pool. The kids loved the hanging chairs and table tennis and the playground. A nice crib with cute bedding and high chair were ready. Close to various things such as a supermarket/coffee bar/ATM, although it is quiet and cozy.
