Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sugar Land

We truly enjoyed our stay. The residence was very clean, efficiently organized, and there was nothing that we needed during our stay. The photos of the space were accurate, but still did not fully capture the 'feel' of the residence. It truly felt like a home away from home. LOVED: We loved the huge kitchen sink, the convection oven, the Smart TVs in every room, the 'unique' ceiling fans, the fireplace (did not use, but loved the look), the 'garage-entrance' (I want this for my next residence), the 'side' yard (awesome for activities...plenty of space for games, on-hand in the laundry closet..BTW), the showers (vertical and overhead jets...NICE!), and the theme of the home. You'll see that 'everything' is 'consistent' throughout. The space just makes you feel 'efficient'...like you're making the best use of everything, because 'it' is. You can't go wrong with selection. Definitely a hidden gem. We will definitely stay again when we're back in Houston. Many thanks to the host!

My stay at this home was great. The house was clean and everything was in order. I'd recommend Sydeda and this property and would be happy to stay here again whenever I visit Houston.

This 4 bedroom had plenty of space for our family and stuff for our kids to do. The pool table, air hockey, and basketball games were perfect for keeping our little ones entertained. There was lots of space so that everyone could have their own room & bed. Ideal space for a family of 4 or 5 !

This was my family’s first trip to Texas. The overall experience was wonderful and the property made the experience that much better. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your property!

We stayed for a convention along with a family of 5 plus the pet. The neighbourhood felt safe and secure for walking the pet. Aaron was response and we enjoyed the overall stay. However have a few suggestions - need for more clothes hangers in the closets and a proper standing iron board - towel hangers by the main walk in shower - include a manual or instructions for operating the electric stove (though Aaron was responsive in sending me the instructions when I texted him) - can remove the additional bed frames in the master bed closet as that is unusable We would definitely stay here if we go to Houston again

My Daughter wanted to Celebrate Her 19th Birthday In Houston Tx When We Were Looking for a Air Bnb we found this one and fail in love with the pictures..The pictures does no justice..You have to see it in person..it's beautiful,Clean and Very Quiet..We felt at home and was not ready to leave..My daughter and Her Friends had a Blast..It's Worth the money..The Next Time We Plan to go to Houston we for sure will book this one again!!!

Very nice house. It was big enough for 8 adults to not feel we were not on top of each other. I would recommend the house if you are visiting Katy Texas.

Ms.Cynthia was very responsive,and she gave very clear instructions on how to use everything in the space and also how to find the apartment as well. The space was very clean and very comfortable.

My stay at Xiomara’s was great ! House was just like the photos . Super clean !!! Kitchen had toaster and coffee maker which was great to have during my short stay . Beds and pillows were super comfortable, I always appreciate that in an Airbnb . Easy walk to museums, and I felt safe being alone while doing so. I would say the area is good . Definitely needed to travel by car or Uber to explore all the really wonderful eateries Houston has to offer. I will be looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We stayed at Gabriel’s place for the Houston rodeo and the location was PERFECT! Easy to find, Kroger is right next door e walkable distance to NRG stadium. We will definitely be staying there again.

Nyesha's place was cozy and comfortable. Most comfortable bed we've slept in! We were only a 10 min drive from Medical and museum district where there were lots of restaurants and a beautiful park to enjoy. Nyesha was super helpful and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants as well! Her place was spotless and entry instructions were easy to follow!! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Houston! Great experience and host!!

Amazing house and a wonderful stay!

Shonario was a great host! He checked on us everyday and made sure we were comfortable. The house is very conveniently located to visit the Space Center, Galveston, Moody Gardens and Kemah Boardwalk. We enjoyed the stay and kids enjoyed the board games.

We loved our stay at this house . We were in town for collect-a-con and it was only a 10 minute drive to downtown. We had a nice walk to the restaurant/bar “down the street” the food was great and the atmosphere was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. The shower water pressure was great. The hot tub was soooo relaxing. We were definitely living the dream on this stay and we will definitely be back on our next trip to Houston. Thank you so much

Jackson’s home was incredible it had so much space. It was clean it was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. The pool was amazing with the grill. I loved the privacy fences around the home made me feel so much safer. Jackson was very accommodating and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I plan to book with her again on my next trip to Houston!
