Apartment vacation rentals in Sugar Land

Kim was a fantastic host, and her place was the perfect home base for exploring Houston. Everything went seamlessly throughout my stay, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Kim!

Positive: very beautiful apartment (one bed/one bath) with east facing balcony. Looks very clean and organized. Lots of information (home rules, how to avoid your vehicle from being towed [stressful], park in the garage (away from the elements), very comfortable king size bed (I want one in my room), love the window shades, love the blue couch, love the kitchen area, residents are nice and patient when driving in the dark garage, and well designed decor and very responsive. Negative: Long way from the garage to the end of the hall (like about 200 feet) - bad for bringing lots of stuff; when tired, (there is another 4th floor on the other side so I haven't tried it if it shorter or not) it is hard to find the lock box initially, take some time for the gate to open when exiting, dark garage when going up to the fourth floor, no table or chair to sit outside the balcony (it would be nice - not a game changer though), and knocking sound when using the bathroom (I think it is the pipes).

The apartment is located in third floor with ease of access by having elevators and multi level parking garage; apartment has a reserved parking in the third floor close to the apartment which is +. Its very clean and well maintained. The apartment has all the essential kitchen appliances and cookware. The host is always responsive. I stayed for a month.

This place was so nice for trip was clean easy to find and a nice view of the pool look just like the pictures and was stocked with everything we need will most definitely be back for another stay

Amazing stay in Katy, Texas. Close to every thing we needed. Very clean location. Loved having the backyard for our two dogs. Quiet and private area. We would absolutely stay here again!

I stayed here for a conference I was attending in Houston. I really appreciated how walkable it was to the conference, mall, restaurants, and pretty much everything in the area. It’s a very safe location

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend and it felt like home. The kitchen has all the basic necessities for cooking. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The bedroom was cozy and was able to watch tv before calling it a night. The view of downtown was beautiful especially being able to see a nice basketball court next to the Toyota Center. I would definitely rebook.

Excellent host really enjoyed the stay. The instructions were clear and detailed, and they were very helpful during check-in. I’ll definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at Luxe33 Suites! The place was very clean and very comfortable. It was equipped with all household necessities that we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. The location close to everything I needed including easy access to the highway if you are driving. I really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Anthony was very proactive and helpful. He replied to messages and phone calls. And i only have to reach out do to me over thinking things. My family and i came in town to celebrate my birthday and from the time of booking Anthony reached out. Which made me feel good about my booking. With all the scamming going on you have to be sure lol. His place was very clean very safe very nice very comfortable and very roomy even for the max occupancy. The balcony at night was a game changer for sure. Clear views to the NRG STADIUM and Houston was nice. For those going to see Beyoncé later this monthly i would highly recommend Anthony’s place. Is easily accessible and conveniently located. I would definitely stay again myself.

This location was perfect for our vacation. We were given clear locations on how to get in and out. There is plenty of parking for a rental car. We never had any difficulty with finding parking. The hosts provided a lovely guidebook that gave us ideas on what to do. The space—definitely as pictured! Very clean. Smelled lovely the whole trip. Happy that everything was working efficiently. Perfect space for a couple or single adult. The hosts provided us with ample amenities which was helpful. The location was fairly close to main attractions. This Airbnb is located in a quiet location which was amazing. Never had a restless night of sleep. Hosts were VERY responsive. We appreciated the timely responses.

This place looked exactly like the pictures! and the neighborhood has plenty of places to walk to with nice restaurants to try. Definitely will stay here again!

I felt safe and comfortable. I came for a momcation and it did not disappoint. Huge tube, inside building parking, elevator, and great instructions and guide about the building. Remote access into the building so you don’t have to wait for someone or pray they respond quickly to let you in. Most definitely would recommend and stay again.

Really nice place! Better than expected actually. Easy walk to downtown and George Brown convention center. Comfortable bed, huge shower/tub. Coffee ready to go! Including pods w creamer and sweetener. Would stay again for sure. Houston downtown was also better than expected. Metro rail , nice people. Very welcoming,extremely clean to the point of walking barefoot in the home and not one speck of dirt was on my feet,everything you could possibly need was there,communication was really good. So much more i could say but i will book with her again,i loved the stay.

Outstanding place. Extremely clean. It had everything anyone would ever want in a rental. The host was very helpful, friendly and communicated well. We would definitely stay at this property or any other property that the host manages.

Me and my guest had a great stay here it was a nice place exactly like the picture’s & description, Only thing is if you don’t like walking this might not be the place for you.. but we really enjoyed it will be back!
