Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.
