The villa is a "caposchiera" and is located in a small and private residence, a perfect place for a relaxing holiday and convenient for walking to the beach. The house is a three-room apartment consisting of a large living room with an equipped kitchenette, dining room and large sofa, spacious double bedroom with 4-door wardrobe, bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe, bathroom with shower. The house has air conditioners, mosquito nets, wi-fi, TV, vacuum cleaner.

The apartment is located within the Tamerici village, very close to the center and various services such as restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife venues, where you can easily go out on foot. It is a little further from the nearest beach, L'Isuledda, just under 2 km. The car can be parked on the side of the road, near the driveway that leads to the apartment, or in a square always inside the Residence, with free parking. In any case, parking is always available.
