High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You will have the entire house and property for yourselves. There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is available all year round. This is included in the rent so there is no extra cost for it. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. Welcome, here you have an inexpensive accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

Welcome to our house in the village of Sörviken. A few minutes' walk to High Coast Whisky - an award-winning distillery with restaurant, bar and guided tours. Located in the High Coast area, with a variety of attractions and nature experiences. Large porch overlooking the water. In the house there are 3 double beds, plus an extra single bed and a fold-out day bed that sleeps two. You do a light cleaning on departure, we provide sheets and additional cleaning. Please note that you will be using the fireplace for heating and hot water.

Here you can relax, hike along the World Heritage trail, climb, paddle, swim in the sea and lake, visit fishing villages, cycle, play golf and more. Take a walk from the cottage up to the view from Ringkallen or Dönstaudden. Or why not just enjoy the view and the sunset over the bay from the veranda? Nearby you'll find the museum and the Mannaminne art gallery. About 6.5 km to grocery store and Pizzeria.
