Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment in the semi-mountainous area of Stuttgart. It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe with views over the city. Double beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

Very well connected to the inner city (U1, U9). In about 5 minutes you are in the center of Stuttgart, at the same time the forest, nature is only 2 "Stäffele" (stairs) from the house. The semi-elevated location gives you a very beautiful view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family of four.

The bedroom is equipped with a 1 m bed, a closet and a dresser. In the living room there is a sofa with a bed function and the fitted kitchen, as well as a dining table with 2 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer combination.

The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
