Our place is good for solo travelers seeking peace and quiet, business travelers, and couples interested in culture, but unfortunately not for children. Free parking near the house. Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Unsere Wohnung liegt im Westen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht über den Stuttgarter Talkessel. Die Wohnung wurde renoviert und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die öffentliche Verkehrsverbindung in die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus/Bahn in 10-15 Minuten sehr gut erreichbar. In wenigen Minuten ist man im Kräherwald, der zum Joggen oder spazieren gehen einlädt.
