Our accommodation is located on a southeast slope near a wooded area, yet close to the city (10 minutes to the city center). The university can be reached by bus in 8 minutes! People love our place because of the location, the peace, the views, and the ambiance in the renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for solo travelers seeking peace and quiet, business travelers, and couples interested in culture, but unfortunately not for children. Free parking near the house. Superhost for a long time!

Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment in the semi-mountainous area of Stuttgart. It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe with views over the city. Double beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

Very well connected to the inner city (U1, U9). In about 5 minutes you are in the center of Stuttgart, at the same time the forest, nature is only 2 "Stäffele" (stairs) from the house. The semi-elevated location gives you a very beautiful view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family of four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer combination.
