Our HOLIDAY APARTMENT MAK is located in Neustift in the Ausserrain district, in a quiet and sunny location with a wonderful view of the mountains. We are in the middle of the valley and have an ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain tours and to the ski areas in the Stubai. I am a connoisseur of our homeland. I am happy to give my guests information on leisurely hikes to many summit tours, skiing, ski tours or snowshoeing, cycling, mountain biking or beautiful excursion destinations.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the last floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Our house is located in the rear valley area, off the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with garden furniture. Sat TV in living room, TV with DVD player in bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available, daily bread roll service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!! ) very close! Large storage room for bicycles, slate,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.

Our cozy and newly furnished "Alpenlodge" opened its doors in March 2022 and is located in a rural farming area just above the city Wenns in Pitztal. At 1200m you enjoy the quiet and beautiful nature of the alps with a stunning panorama and view of the ski area "hochzeiger". The heavenly box spring bed, fully equipped kitchen, big smart TV including Netflix and daily bread service offer a high level of comfort.
