Accommodation at Mr. Karel's was great. Great for families with children. We each had plenty of privacy thanks to separate rooms, and in the evening, after the children went to sleep, we adults could sit in the kitchen in peace. I also appreciate the two bathrooms. Beautiful environment and there was always something to do, amazing nature and activities for children. Thank you 🙂

The apartment is absolutely perfect. Beautiful, decorated with love and taste. We didn't find anything that was missing in it. The owners thought of everything! Including quality cookware, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and drying rack. The beds were comfortable and the dense curtains made for super darkness to sleep on. I also have a lot of praise for the precise cleaning. The apartment was spotless. Location is great. A few minutes from the slopes. The only thing that spoiled our stay was the noisy neighbors above and next to us. This is, of course, not a complaint about the owner of the apartment, who is not responsible for others. But I find it important to mention it. The house is noisy and you can hear everything. So after a tiring day of skiing, we didn't rest at night.

The stay was great! The apartment is very clean, well equipped – everything you need. Contact with the host was great – quick, helpful and very nice. I definitely recommend it!

The rented apartment was very lovely. We stayed there for a short work trip, so we recommend it for this purpose. Kłodzko was quite peaceful at this time of year, but there is an amazing opportunity to take a walk to the Kłodzko Fortress, which we highly recommend.

The spa is small but met all our expectations. The place is very nice, too bad so many nice places ruined the floods. A large park suitable for walking with a small dog. We'd love to come back and recommend to our friends.

The apartment is a hit! Very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, making the stay really comfortable. The owner communicated great – quick responses to all questions and the instructions for the location of the apartment and key collection were clear and accurate. Everything went smoothly. I chose the house because we have three children, two of whom are under 2 years old. So it's quite complicated to find a place where it will be safe and quiet, the stay will not turn into a horror. And this place was great. Peace and quiet, we didn't really know about the world around us. The equipment was exactly what we needed: a high chair, cots (specially prepared bedding and towels only for the baby), a lot of cool quality toys resistant to "active use by an energetic child😅" (so we didn't have to drag hundreds of km with us). In front of the house, there is a trampoline, a slide with a swing, so the kids had fun and the adults could relax. We could also have a bonfire, and when the children fell asleep, we could have a romantic hour by the fireplace in the garden house. The perfect place to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of civilization, close to interesting tourist spots and, above all, ideal for families with children👍

Beautiful apartment, quiet, clean, private parking. Large bathroom. wifi and TV are easy to use. Discount store at 500m distance.

Very good and open contact with the host. Interesting, original decor of the apartment - you can get away from it all. Warm heaters and board games. A tidy shower head - who has long hair understands the advantage. The apartment on the 4th floor - you can practice the buttocks :D In the kitchen, it would be nice to add one pot (one small one is), although cooking pasta in a deep frying pan can be interesting:)

Highly recommend, good starting point for Zieleniec, clean nice apartment, according to the photos. It is possible to sign up for the sauna with the doorman. Uncovered parking right next to the building and there are always free spaces.

The apartment met all expectations, it was clean, well-maintained, everything you needed was on site, the place smelled good and was pleasant. Dream garden, barbecues available to all residents. Playground and children's facilities, puzzles, games, books. Views and tranquility perfect for calming down. We will be happy to return with our loved ones for a weekend rest

Beautiful newly furnished apartment, well-equipped (dishes, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryer, iron,...). The bedrooms are small, but we spent most of our time in the shared room anyway. The wellness is for an additional fee, and it was always well-prepared after the order. The cleanliness was perfect everywhere (in the apartment, in the hallways, and wellness). Hosts are very kind and helpful.

The apartment was great — clean, modern, and exactly as described. I really enjoyed my stay. However, communication could have been better. Responses were a bit delayed and not very friendly. I also asked if early check-in was possible, but they said no, as the standard check-in time is 16:00. Overall, a good experience with the apartment itself, but communication could be improved
