Location, location, location. If you love nature and beautiful views, this is the place for you. Close to beautiful beaches, rocks and nature, so it takes your breath away. But still close to Strömstad city with a good selection of grocery stores and activities if you don't just want to enjoy nature and hiking. The cottage has a large living room with a larger dining table. There's a lovely fireplace. Perfect for chilly evenings (or days). The kitchen is airy, fresh and very well-equipped. The bedrooms have a wonderful cottage charm with well-preserved retro wallpaper (in 2 rooms). Here it feels like the cottage is loved by those who own it. Many memories can be held while it is stripped down enough for your own leisure to take place. Just plus in our book! Hope to return.🌼

We are super happy with our stay! The accommodation was just as pictured – clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and the host was very helpful and available throughout the stay. We really felt welcome and would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay in the cabin of Stian and the family. Suitable for us with small children who cooked all dinners at home. The weekend, the cabin had everything we needed and was cozy as well. Spacious rooms and plenty of room for luggage. Recommended! Nice hiking areas, playgrounds, camping nearby, and a good starting point for drives along the coast.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt at home, we were 4 children and 4 adults, there were boxes of toys around and it felt like a lived in friendly family house. no complaints, perhaps the bedrooms were a bit cramped and could have done with some more clothes storage space along with a window that opened in the double bedroom. Perfect place for children no cars / roads and we had a wonderful week.

Very nice, decent and neat house. From outside where it wasn't so spectacular out until you walked in, you almost got speechless. Very well-maintained and nice with a huge view of the harbor and the sea. Large nice rooms and very good beds. Nice large living room where could gather and have a strategy meeting and make activity plans.

A lovely apartment with good outdoor areas. Located in quiet neighborhood with walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Lots of great experiences/ hikes in the nearby area.

Had a brilliant stay with good summer weather. Nice with a pool in the garden to enjoy. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the harbor, made it not necessary to get in the car. The host's follow-up and help made us feel at home. Nice location with an hour drive to Gothenburg and an hour back to Norway. Would love to come back.

We were a family with grandmother and two sons, me and two children aged 6 and 3, who visited the incredibly nice place and house in Havstensund. The house was great, very homey and contained all the equipment we needed for the weekend. In addition, there were plenty of activities for children and adults, games and toys both outside and inside. The children especially liked the little beautiful dollhouse in the garden😍 Short distance to the beach with swimming area, short distance to the playground, a local incredibly cozy bistro with very good seafood and an ice bar next door. Håkan and Lisen as hosts were very helpful both before, during and after we left our stay. Warm and good people who responded quickly to what we were wondering about. I can really recommend both the house and these hosts, and we will definitely come back at a later time. Thank you so much❤️☺️

We are a family of four with two teenage boys. This was the third year in a row we spent a long weekend at Johan and Reina’s place. It is a spacious, well equipped house without being generic or over-done as so many AirBnbs tend to be. It is just authentic, lovable and personal - as are its host who are experienced, generous hosts in the best meaning of the word. We would definitely recommend the house to anyone who wants to experience Swedish skjärgård, its quiet and idyllic nature.

Very nice and well-equipped house, both regarding kitchen equipment and for activities (toys, games and more). An absolutely fantastic location with space to hang out both in the garden, on the porch, jetty and inside the home. We were a large family and were also able to invite friends to celebrate a holiday.

Great place and atmosphere. We arrived in the evening when it was dark and we felt very welcome when lights were lit in candlesticks and lanterns. Really nice. Really one place to recommend. I surprised my family by going here and everyone was absolutely blown away at how great it was. Jacuzzi with superstructure on the terrace was a highlight for us. We have already talked about that we want to go back and have recommended the place to friends. We wish there were a little better beds in 2 of the bedrooms ,but it wasn't one big issue.

My family from the USA had a lovely stay at Sanna's place on Hamburgo. The views were amazing and home was so comfortable, beautiful, spacious, and in an amazing location overlooking the water. Fun surprises included an apple tree in the yard and the cozy heated floor of the master bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!
