Vacation rentals with lake access in Strömstad Municipality

Lena's place is fantastic and beautiful house, even better than the pictures display. We really enjoyed the views of the water. The house is a bit old along with the appliances, but everything was functional. Lena was friendly and communicated well. Worked very well for 4 people. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic weekend as this dream cabin - we easily fit nine girlfriends and had such a wonderful time! It had everything one needs, and great outdoor facilities as well. We opted for a taxi-boat into the island, and Sara was so helpful in her communication, tips, flexibility and hospitality during the stay. We also used the sauna which had a beautiful view of the sea, and swam all day long. Sara and her husband was so great with planning and ensuring the sauna was hot for us, and flexible and kind. Highly recommend and we hope to be back!

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. The location and the house are unique. The lake views from every window are incredible. We took beautiful hikes right by the lake, collected mushrooms, fished from the jetty and were out and about with the in-house canoe. Many thanks Therese for the always helpful communication and this beautiful spot!

Every detail in the house showed the care and love you have put into creating a pleasant environment for your guests. Our friends and family members who were on the trip were as impressed as we were. It was really a pleasure to spend time there, and it contributed greatly to making our vacation unforgettable. We really want to thank you for making our vacation so amazing. We had a super nice week at the lake house! Thank you, Maria & Klaus for this great holiday and the very good contact during the stay! The house is very lovingly decorated and very well equipped, for any weather the house/property offers something, so it can only get bored with a lot of effort. :-) The lake is really great, whether canoeing/boating, fishing, swimming or other activities. Also the surroundings are stunningly beautiful and anything but boring. There are many attractions in the area... from Ritzungen in rock walls, great hiking trails, nature reserves, the beautiful archipelago coast and waterfalls are all there. Shopping and refueling can be done 10 minutes away - yet you have the feeling of being "far away" and "in peace" in the house, which means that it is located right on the lake and a little deeper, which we really loved! We don't have any negative points, and can really highly recommend this place.

Very beautiful and quiet location in the middle of nature, very well equipped. Perfect place if you want to explore Bohuslankust. Tip from baker Smögens in Grebbestad was perfect.

We were very lucky to stay at the Villa Lillebo for 2 weeks. First of all, it was fantastic. When you drive onto the property, you immediately notice the glittering lake and you immediately feel like you are in another world. The house is equipped with everything you need and it is furnished with a lot of love down to the last detail. This of course also applies to the very well-kept outdoor area, the newly built terrace with a comfortable hot tub and the sauna house with its own small sun terrace. We spent many beautiful hours at the barbecue area where you can enjoy the sunset over the lake at a campfire. The jetty invites you to explore the lake by boat or canoe. Check-in and out worked smoothly and communication with the lovely hosts went smoothly. Villa Lillebo is a place of tranquility, peace and harmony with nature. Thanks Emelie and Ken for having us

Beautiful, neat and clean accommodation. Everything looked great, close to the beach. Mia and Mattias were very friendly and helpful. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the small shower cubicle (for the slightly larger people at least)

We had, a wonderful Stay. The Apartment was clean and everything that we expectet. Hilde was super nice and Helpful. Absolutly Recomended if you want a nice and cozy spot in a beautiful scenery.

Cozy apartment in quiet and green surroundings. Bathing jetty is a 5-minute walk away. Shopping center with grocery store can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The kitchen is small, but equipped with everything you need. Interesting for families: In the vicinity of the house there is a meadow with small playground and two football goals. Oscar is a very friendly and straightforward host. He responded to the messages in no time and helped out immediately when we needed something. We had a very good time here. Thank you for everything, Oscar!

Great place to stay with a well-equipped kitchen, fresh rooms and furniture. Quick and clear communication with the host who is very nice. The residence is close to both beach, city center and easy to get around to nearby resorts.

Clean and very private, quiet place. Very good sleep in beds. They are soft and cozy as a nest :) Private car parking next to your apartment. Walking distance to restaurants and seafront. Lovely stay at Emilia’s place. Thank you 😍

The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. Staying in the house is like stepping back in time. The amenities are basic but functional. Nothing is missing. Great is the private jetty 20 steps away and the use of the boat. We felt very comfortable at Ninni's.

Peaceful and beautiful place. Very pleasant house. Good hosts who helped us find activities in the area, and gave us all the information we needed in advance of the visit. We paddled kayak around the island, you can rent equipment at the campsite near the cabin. Recommend a stay here, we would love to come back.

Amazing accommodation in a magical and relaxing setting. The house has everything! Close to nature, sights, restaurants and good shopping.

The 5 days in Maria's Swedish cottage were really nice. The house has everything you need and the large garden right on the edge of the forest was really idyllic. You have to get used to the fact that you get the water from the neighboring house and the toilet and bathroom are there, but that was also described and has something. Maria was very personable and provided us with many extra utensils for our little son. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

The time we spent in this place was wonderful. On the first day, we met Jenny, who told us what to expect in the area. We encountered a moose and organized a quick walk to the lake. A very pleasant detail was the small treats left by the owner. The following days were filled with family trips around the area, boating, campfires, and visits to the nearby town. Over these few days, we managed to relax, and we left the area with reluctance.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We spent 1 week in July. The house is well equipped and makes you feel st home. It has a nice location with. We enjoyed the Island feel at Rossö. Nice Harbour in walking distance and nice walks at e.g Kockholmen. Rossö is also nicely placed for daytrips and there are so many things to enjoy. We experienced walk at Saltö, trip to Svinesundbroen, Frederiksten fortress in Halden, älgfossen, blomsholm, petroglyphs in Tanum. If you like to hike there are many lovely places. We had most communication with Elisabeths parents which were very kind and helpful. Can very much be recommended!
