Vi bruker huset som fritidshus hele året og er dermed et personlig hjem med private eiendeler. Stor fin terrasse rundt huset med sol hele dagen og fin sittegruppe hvor man kan nyte god mat og drikke. På plenen er det god plass til sportslige aktiviteter og kun 300 meter ned til båtbrygge med bademuligheter. Godt utrustet kjøkken. Et komplett bad og ett toalettrom.
