Casa Rosa

The Pink House is divided in two independent apartments (see photos Casa Rosa A and B). Each apartment has one double bedroom, a large kitchen/living room with one couch bed and one bathroom with a shower. The apartment B also has one built in mezzanine with a two single beds. The house has been renewed in 2019, but its colors and frames have been kept unchanged just the way they were 100 years ago. You will be assigned Casa Rosa A or B depending on availability.

The moon rises directly from the sea right in front of the terrace — a truly magical sight.

Bright apartment with 2 large terraces, located in a quiet area in the promontory of Santa Margherita overlooking the sea, Lipari and Vulcano. Ideal for those who love tranquility and nature. My accommodation has a beautiful panoramic view, allows you to breathe art and culture, enjoy the sea and offers activities for the family. It is down a side street to the main road traveling from the port to the village center. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, families with children and furry friends (pets)

The house is equipped for personal use, with non-dozen furnishings. The location is characteristic, practically surrounded by bars and restaurants on the Piazza di Marina Corta, from where all the trips organized to the islands also start. Under the house is a diving and there are the offices of those who organize boat trips.

The villa is located on 4 hectares of land, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, bordered by the sea on one side and the Liparote hills on the other. It consists of an accommodation center with a separate entrance, outdoor spaces, garden and typical Aeolian terraces.
