Lake house vacation rentals in Stresa

My three colleagues and I really enjoyed our stay! The jacuzzi was amazing :) We would definitely come back. The location is also fantastic – right by the lake. We really appreciated how flexible you were with the check-out, that was a big help. One small suggestion: it would be great to have a wider selection of spices for cooking. Other than that, everything was perfect – thank you for a wonderful time!

Omg! The Location is unbelievable! You step down onto your terrace, that is a lookout (hundreds years old tower) over the lake. Looking West at the sunset. Unbelievable! This location is 5 stars! The house is equipped for big parties and young people of all ages with children maybe, so much fun! Beach entrance right there. For my 82 year old parents it was challenging because The mattresses in the master bedroom are very firm, as is common for Italy. And the seating around the amazing dinner table is very hard and spartan. I would be back anytime! But not with older travelers, that are used to cushioned comfort! Maria, Giulia and Alessio, you are the best! What a heavenly place! Thank you so much for making this available to travelers. This is an Italian experience at its best!

Die Unterkunft war ideal für 2 Paare mit vielen Schlaf- und Badezimmern. Alles war vorhanden und mehr. Sauber war es und es hatte eine ne grosszügige Terrasse mit einer One Million Dollar View. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Holz für Cheminée standen bereit. Christoph gab uns Tipps und beim Checkin und Checkout war er entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Andrea, ein netter und engagierter Gastgeber mit einer sauberen und schön eingerichteten Unterkunft direkt am See. Wir waren zu zweit hier für 4 Nächte und es gab keine Probleme. Die Lage ist mehr als Toll, absolut direkt am See mit Bademöglichkeit inklusive Sonnenterrasse.

Leo war ein feiner Gastgeber, der uns einen tollen Service geboten hat. Das alte Tessinerhaus ist romantisch und die Sicht auf den See von allen Fenstern ist herrlich. Für 8 ist es etwas eng, ideal für 6 Leute. Wir schätzten besonders, dass man wunderbar mit ÖV reisen kann. Schiff, Bus und Zug sind ganz in der Nähe. Der kleine Laden in der Nähe bietet alles für den täglichen Gebrauch.

Lara’s home is a cozy gem in a beautiful setting. She made sure it was well prepared including having the heat on in advance and all amenities ready for use. All things were there to make it comfortable including a great kitchen set up for cooking, quality dishes, etc. She was extremely responsive and helpful when needed. We highly recommend staying here.

The location of this house is incredible. Steps from the town square and the lake front. The small balcony is the perfect place for a morning coffee and a glimpse of the water. The house itself is clean and simple. No grocery staples and the nearest grocer is a twenty minute walk, so come prepared, but many lovely restaurants just steps from the house. We wished we had beach towels or blanket to enjoy the small beaches. Davide was friendly and always responsive. Porto Ceresio is a friendly and lovely town .

This 400-year-old lakeside house is a true step back in time, offering breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore. Spacious, impeccably clean, and full of charm, it fully lived up to expectations. The patio, right on the water, was an absolute highlight - we spent hours soaking in the stunning lake view, watching the distant lights of surrounding communities shimmer at night while sipping wine. Ambra is an exceptional host, providing detailed and timely guidance on the island, ferry schedules, free parking, and dining options. Despite our delayed arrival due to traffic, she graciously waited on the island to personally welcome us. The island itself is small yet enchanting, with plenty of restaurants and an ideal location for visiting the magnificent palaces and gardens of Isola Bella and Isola Madre. After the final ferry departs at 7 p.m., it feels as though you have the island entirely to yourself - a truly enjoyable experience.

Manuela ci ha fatti sentire subito a nostro agio accogliendoci nella sua casetta vista lago, in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla, con un ampio spazio all'aperto in cui far correre e giocare il nostro cane. Casa molto carina e calda, dotata di tutti i comfort e vicina alle principali attrazioni del Lago d'Orta.

Townhouse with beautiful view over the lake to Stresa and the mountains of Switzerland. Very practical that you can park the car in an underground parking and enter the house through its cellar. Good mattress with typical German feather beds and a direct lake view from the master bedroom’s bed. Our dog enjoyed the garden and the balcony (master bedroom) very much. It was very easy for him to climb up the stairs to the first floor, because the granite steps are roughened so they are not slippery, even when wet. There is a beach area (Cerro Beach) on the way to the restaurant Il Chiosco di Cerro where dogs are playing in the morning or evening and ours was warmly welcomed to join the group. We charged our car in Laveno-Mombello next to Cafe Vela (harbor promenades) and next to Via della Pergola, which brings you to the Sasso del Ferro gondola. But there are plenty of other charging stations around so we never got in trouble.

Valter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sich Zeit genommen uns alles ausführlich zu zeigen und zu erklären. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare, schöne und ruhige Lage direkt am See. Toll zum entspannen, schwimmen und gute Möglichkeit zum aktiven Wandern. Valter und Sofia standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und haben uns tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten und guten Restaurants gegeben! Kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Wohnung ist gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Geschirrtücher sind vorhanden. Ebenso Gartenmöbel und WiFi.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Unterkunft in Arona. Die Wohnung war genau so, wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten – sie war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat alles geboten, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, und auch während der gesamten Zeit war der Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, hat schnell und freundlich auf alle kleinen Fragen reagiert und war durchweg hilfsbereit. Das hat uns ein sehr gutes Gefühl gegeben und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Lage war für uns ideal für Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Insgesamt hat es uns großen Spaß gemacht, und wir können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Wir sind sehr erholt aus diesem Urlaub zurückgekommen. Kristina ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, immer bereit zu helfen, Tipps zu geben oder den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Man hat absolut seine Ruhe. Der neue Pool ist top gepflegt und die komplett eingezäunte, riesige Gartenanlage für Hundebesitzer und Familien ein Traum. Der Blick in alle Richtungen ist herrlich. Das Haus ist ein super Ort, um abzuschalten, aber auch sehr gut gelegen für Unternehmungen (50min bis Mailand, 5min zum Lago Maggiore, tolle Wälder, Berge und Seen ringsum). Bestimmt auch im Frühjahr und Herbst ein toller Startpunkt für Wander- und Mountainbiking-Touren; Kristina kennt tolle Routen in der Gegend. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt und sonst hätte sich Kristina wahrscheinlich ein Bein ausgerissen, um es zu besorgen. Wir haben uns einfach nur wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Very cozy apartment, with a nice kitchen and terrace. Some parts, e.g. the bedroom, looked a bit different from the photos, but it was fine. Everything is rustic Italian :) Susanna was super responsive, proactive, and very very friendly. There is a nice beach/waterfront close by, a 10-minute walk, with a nice bar. Also, it's very quiet, which was a plus.

Grazie per aver reso il mio compleanno speciale! Un borgo in collina completamente ristrutturato. Vista mozzafiato sul lago dal giardino(che definirlo giardino è riduttivo).Host super disponibile ed amichevole. Mi è piaciuto tantissimo il silenzio ed i rumori della natura attorno. Torneremo! Grazie infinite ancora!

Bel appartement avec tout le nécessaire. Maria est très accueillante , donne des explications sur toutes les activités de la région avec beaucoup de documentations. C'était très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Great location right by the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake Big supermarket walking distance away.

This is a beautiful place to really get away from it all. One of the best views I’ve ever seen from any hotel or airbnb anywhere.

Casa incrível, com tudo o que é preciso. cozinha e sala de jantar/estar é maravilhosa! casa de banho ótima. espaço super privado e tranquilo junto do lago maggiore e com restaurantes a poucos km.

Wir haben 2 Nächte in Simones geschichtsträchtige und superschöne Wohnung verbracht: alles picobello sauber, modern, sehr komfortabel und vollständig eingerichtet. Vielen Dank nochmal für das nette Willkommensgeschenk im Kühlschrank ! 🍾 Die Lage der Wohnung eignet sich sehr die Umgebung des Orta-Sees zu erkunden. Die nahegelegenen Uferstellen könnten etwas sauberer sein.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Silvia, il est extrêmement bien équipé, bien situé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions qui nous attendaient ( tout pour le petit déjeuner...). D’autre part, la présence d'un kayak et de vélos est un vrai plus, ainsi que la place de parking privative. Silvia est une hôte serviable, discrète et très sympathique.Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Lucia situé dans un quartier très calme de Biganzolo à seulement 10 minutes de Intra avec ses bars et restaurants et idéalement placé pour découvrir le lac Majeur. Nous avons voyagé avec nos deux chiens qui ont apprécié le charmant petit jardin parfaitement clôturé et l'accès à pied à la maison depuis le parking sur environ 250 mètres n'a posé aucun problème. Enfin Lucia s'est montrée très accueillante et disponible, nous la remercions pour ses excellents conseils qui nous ont permis de découvrir de merveilleux sites du Lac Majeur auxquels nous n'avions pas pensé au départ. Nous recommandons ce logement plein de charme et "Pet Friendly 🐕😉" à tous ceux qui veulent découvrir cette belle région.

Wie waren zum dritten Mal in diesem Apartment und können die Wohnung bedenkenlos für 2 Personen und einen Kurztrip an den Lago Maggiore empfehlen. Gerade bei warmen Temperaturen bleibt die Wohnung angenehm kühl. Der private durch eine Schranke abgetrennte Parkplatz ist bei dieser tollen Lage Gold wert. Von der Wohnung aus ist man in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß bei zahlreichen Restaurants. Der öffentliche Strand ist zu Fuß in 5-6 Minuten zu erreichen. Wer eine einfache tolle Wohnung mit grandiosem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🙂
