On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One room with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed; they have a view of the lake: one with a romantic balcony. There is a garage with a bike laboratory, canoe and paddleboard for free. From Oct. to Apr. €10 more per day for heating.

Elegante e spaziosa casa d'epoca ristrutturata nel 2011, con giardino e vista lago. In collina sopra Stresa, a 5 minuti dal centro in auto o 10/15 minuti a piedi. Villa divisa in due parte. Vivo al ultimo piano della villa con mio ingresso privato sul dietro della villa. Sullo stesso terreno è presente una dependance in pietra con 2 appartamenti affittati separatamente ad altri clienti che potete incrociare sul area parcheggio. Ogni alloggio ha il proprio spazio esterno.

La mia casetta è un vecchio fienile ristrutturato mantenendo il sasso originale, è il posto ideale per una vacanza rilassante, si trova in un angolo molto tranquillo con il suo giardino recintato dove è possibile godere del sole tutto l'anno, leggere un libro in pace, mangiare sotto il portico, prendere il sole in giardino. La casetta si trova a due passi dal centro di Verbania e dalla spiaggia. Perfetta per una vacanza da soli o in coppia o con bimbi.
