A second tavern/bedroom with a double sofa bed, separated from the open space by a thick curtain (not a door). Private garden for meals. Perfect for one couple or a family with children (not intimate for 2 couples !) If you are a wine lover and love old stones and history, this place is for you! Imagine having your own flat with its own medieval wine cellar directly accessible from inside the apartment. It is truly a magical place to enjoy a glass of wine. Like the rest of La Maisonette, this appartment has been completely renovated whilst maintaining all its original characteristics. The floor lighting illuminating the stone walls and its pavement made of antique terracotta of antique stone slabs create a unique atmosphere. For your well-being and comfort, we have chosen only natural materials during the renovation and you will be surrounded by century old stone walls, terracotta tiles and chestnut beams. This ground floor apartment is made up of a living room with a couch and rocking chair, satellite TV, wifi internet, furniture for your clothes and belongings and a dining table with four chairs. This living space also has a small kitchen with fridge, kettle, stove, oven and mini dishwasher! It offers views of the lake and garden of the villa thanks to two large luminous double glass windows. In the same room there is a comfortable double bed. If needed there is a sofa bed in the cellar where two people can sleep. The apartment has a bathroom equipped with a fully tiled walled shower, two sinks, toilet and bidet. Being on the ground floor you will also have a little private garden area overlooking the orchard of the villa with its stone fountain, table and chairs where you can relax. We have taken special attention to every detail to make your stay comfortable and special. (furniture, appliances, lighting, decoration…) The apartment has an independent access from the street as well as private and secure parking on the grounds of the villa La Maisonnette is a dependance of my villa where I live. It has an independent access from the street behind my villa if you come by walk, or a second access by my garden if you come by car (free private and secure parking). I am at your disposal for any further information, questions, advice you may need to make your stay in Stresa and its surroundings truly enjoyable (excursions,places to visit,restaurants, transportations). La Maisonnette is located in a residential and dominant lake view position on the hills above Stresa and part of a hamlet called "Binda". The villa is 5 minutes by car from the A26 highway (Carpugnino exit) and 5 minutes from the Stresa train station which has direct trains to destinations such as Lausanne, Basel, Geneva, Milan city center. Thanks stefano for a great stay. Apartment is in an amazing location in the main square overlooking the lake and island. This was our most favourite place out of three stays on different lakes in Italy. Great balcony for relaxing and people watching. Despite the bars and restaurants in the square the apartment was peaceful. Apartment was clean and well equipped..

Herzlichen Dank an Federico und Annalisa, zwei wunderbare, sympathische Gastgeber! Immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben 5 Tage in diesem sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichteten Appartement verbracht und uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ein kleines Juwel! Das Appartement liegt im verkehrsberuhigten Zentrum von Intra in einer kleinen Gasse. Restaurants, Eisdiele, Geschäfte und der Hafen (für Boots-Ausflüge ) sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Das Parken mit der kostenfreien Parkkarte im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus war problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Erich war einfach wunderbar und sehr erholsam. Erich ist ein rundum toller Gastgeber und hat hier eine Oase geschaffen, die seinesgleichen sucht. Wir fühlten uns von Beginn weg wohl in seiner gemütlichen, schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts; die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Von der Wohnung und den Terrassen aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See und die umliegenden Berge. Auf den zwei Sitzplätzen und im Garten gibt es verschiedene, gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten zum Lesen, Essen und Träumen. Das Haus ist umgeben von Blumen, Kräuter- und Gemüsegärten, welche Erich liebevoll angelegt hat und pflegt. Zusammengefasst: Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Geniessen in absoluter Ruhe. Five minute walk to the Baveno town – and with easy access to the wider Maggiore area via the train station/ferry. Die Wohnung von Valentina ist sehr sauber und schön. Der Blivk auf den Lago Maggiore ist fantastisch. Wir waren Anfang Juni dort und es war in der Nacht wirklich ruhig, man konnte mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz wäre hilfreich, aber man liest ja in der Beschreibung, dass es keinen Parkplatz und keine Klimaanlage gibt, von daher weiß man ja vorher Bescheid. Wir würden wieder kommen, für uns war es die perfekte, kleine Wohnung ! 💖 Danke Valentina ! 🥰

Die Wohnung war heimelig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die Küche bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Die Aussenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Aussicht atemberaubend. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung am Hang liegt ist der Fussweg ins Dorf natürlich etwas anstrengend, aber doch gut machbar. Monika war schnell erreichbar und jederzeit herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Better than the photos! Perfect location to stroll down to the lido, enjoy the views from the hot tub, and have a home made dinner / BBQ with the view too. Great space inside and excellent amenities - mosquito/insect blinds on all the windows so you can happily leave the doors open all day. Would highly recommend!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Alles war genauso, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben – wenn nicht sogar besser. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden, mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar für Fragen oder Anliegen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Herz und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine angenehme, stressfreie Unterkunft suchen!

Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt bei Luca in Ameno! Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt, es war sehr schön für uns. Die Landschaft ist einfach atemberaubend , der Garten hat unsere Herzen höher schlagen lassen, überall gab es Ecken zum entspannen. Mit den Fahrrädern konnten wir die Gegend erkunden, Luca gab uns Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns, wobei wir den größten Teil unseres Aufenthalts draußen im Garten verbracht haben. Luca war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit offenen Armen in seinem Zuhause willkommen geheißen. Wir hätten es nicht besser haben können und kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! Alles in allem perfekt, ich würde gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben <3

Appartement très bien situé et très propre. Les emplacements gratuits juste à côté sont parfaits. On est pas dans le brouhaha de Stresa mais pas loin non plus. L'emplacement est le juste milieu du pratique et du calme. Elena a été très serviable et les échanges étaient très courtois. Nous recommandons l'appartement.
