Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

Above All Cottage on Quadra Island

Above All is a studio cottage with a verandah overlooking an acreage. It features stained glass windows, plank floors, a well equipped kitchenette and private bath with restored claw foot tub (no shower). Internet on the island is often spotty, but most guests find the cottage wifi satisfactory. The cottage is located within walking distance to the ferry, shops at Quathiaski Cove and island trails. The owners live on site in a separate residence and have a small friendly mixed breed dog.

This property is easily accessible by car and is a sought after location for visitors to the island and locals alike. There is a cozy double bed. A heated bathroom with shower is just a short walk through forest path.
