Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Wir sind Berufspendler und teilen unser selbstgenutztes Haus, welches euch für euren Aufenthalt exklusiv zur Verfügung steht. Oberhaching ist ein sehr ruhiger Vorort von München, nahe am Autobahnkreuz Süd, schnell mit der S-Bahn 3 mit München verknüpft und auch der Zug in die Berge hält hier. Von unserem Haus erreichst du in 10 Gehminuten den Bahnhof und die Einkaufsstraße, den Rewe in 6 Minuten. Wir wohnen am Waldrand mitten in der Natur.

Charmantes 2-Zimmer Dachgeschoss-Studio

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Viertel von Grünwald nahe des Grünwalder Forst. Sie ist über den gemeinsamen Eingang über eine separate Treppe ins OG zu erreichen. Das Ortszentrum ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit der Straßenbahn Linie 25 ab Derbolfinger Platz gelangt man in einer halben Stunde ins Zentrum von München. Alternativ kann man auch die nahe gelegene S-Bahn Station Furth (Auto 5 Min.) nutzen.

Von hieraus ist man schnell in der Münchener City oder in den Alpen. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.
