My family and I have been renting the newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment since September 2024 in a beautiful Upper Bavarian location. In the immediate vicinity is the metropolis of Munich, Lake Starnberg and Bad Tölz. The location is excellent for outdoor activities such as mountain biking or hiking. In winter, it is a very good starting point for skiing in Lenggries. Achsensee is 45/50 minutes away. Entry to the cross-country ski trails at Moosham or Ascholding are just 5 km away!

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

The 60 m² apartment with high-quality amenities is very centrally located and is at ground level with private access. The old town of Kufstein, as well as all public transport, is within a three-minute walk. Spacious living-sleeping area with desk, recliner, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Our cozy apartment is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! Have a drink at one of the neighborhood bars, go for a run along the Isar river just a block away, or recharge your batteries in the comfy apartment with Internet, a Nespresso coffee machine (fair trade, recyclable pods), appliances and great mattresses! On-site parking: €25 per night. Ask for availability.

Our light-flooded, new apartment is located in an absolutely quiet residential area in the Solln district and is well connected to public transport, which takes you to the center. Within walking distance are not only all the delicious restaurants and supermarkets, but also the beautiful Isar river and the Forstenrieder Forest. Just the right place for a perfect city trip.

The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the hallway there is a gallery from the 1972 Munich Olympics. In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.

Annex apartment for 2 people. In a green setting with a terrace (use in consultation) and yet close to the city. Perfect base for Munich and its southern surroundings. By S-Bahn train (10-minute walk), you are in the center in about 30 minutes. The hallway and terraces are shared with the landlord. The price is for one person (+ €20 for a second person/night).
