A surcharge of 10 euros per night is requested for use of the sofa bed when the booking is for less than 5 guests (to be indicated before your arrival). The apartment is located in a building built in 1760, in a perimeter classified by the Buildings of France. Guests can enjoy stunning and direct views of Strasbourg Cathedral and the hospital gate from the apartment. 3/4 room duplex apartment on the top floor (3rd floor without elevator), refurbished and redecorated to welcome our guests in 2017, in Alsatian style and tradition. It is located in the heart of a historic district of Strasbourg. The apartment more details: On the first level: - A living/dining room: equipped with a comfortable and spacious sofa, 1 reclining armchair, coffee table, TV Box Internet, WiFi, table with 4 chairs and 2 stools, baby high chair and large wardrobe. - A fully equipped kitchen: with worktops, fridge, freezer, casseroles, pots, raclette grill, oven, microwave, 4-burner stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine... - A first bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, a wardrobe with shelf and closet. - A separate restroom. On the second level: - A second bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, a dressing area with a large dresser and a wardrobe. - A second separate toilet. - Bathroom with bathtub, equipped with washer-dryer. - A mezzanine area, accommodating a sofa bed. We also provide our guests with a baby crib, which can be unfolded in the bedroom of your choice (both bedrooms are quite large). In this young and dynamic neighborhood, you will find a small supermarket, parking, lively squares with bars and restaurants as well as a tram station within walking distance of the building. You can also rent bikes nearby. The apartment is located in the hyper-centre of Strasbourg. It is accessible by bus and tram or on foot from Strasbourg train station. My accommodation is located in the heart of Strasbourg in the historic district of Petite-France, inside the security perimeter of the Christmas market so ACCESS FOR PRIVATE AUTOMOBILES will be prohibited. You can reach all the market places very easily. It is a ten-minute walk to the SNCF train station. It was renovated 4 years ago, it is in good condition. PLEASE NOTE 2 PEOPLE: the sofa bed will only be prepared upon request.
