Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Strasbourg

Alycia's place was spotless upon arrival. Very well decorated and furnished. Everything is thought of to make you feel at home, including for the dogs! Warning for light sleepers: the accommodation is located on the edge of the forest, the automatic detection (outdoor lights) is triggered regularly, probably due to animals. Although there are blinds that block out light properly, my husband, who is a very light sleeper, has sometimes been inconvenienced. We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation, without worrying about whether such equipment was present. A pleasure to renew!

Excellent accommodation, I recommend it. Thanks again Wolfgang. If I can just make an improvement, it lacks storage for our things in 3 bedrooms of the accommodation.

We stayed here because we visited the Europapark. From there, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the park. The place was nice, Lilia and the house cat greeted us when we arrived, the place was clean and we felt comfortable right away. We spent the evenings comfortably on the large balcony and recovered. The area is very quiet, we liked that.

We stayed at the accommodation for an extended weekend with the family. Really very cozy, the living room with adjoining open kitchen and large glass fronts is really super nice. Communication with Veronique was straightforward, for check-in you should at least speak or understand a little French, but we laughed together about small language barriers :) Thank you so much for the nice weekend!

Guillaume is a great host. The place is amazing and had everything we needed. It's very private and there are no neighbours, so it's perfect for a retreat. Guillaume showed and explained everything to us during check-in, so we felt right at home. It's a large but still comfortable place with lots of fun activities in and around the house. He even accommodated an early check-in and late check-out for us.

A wonderful place for a family reunion. We felt very comfortable here. Yolande and her husband were very friendly and accommodating hosts. We highly recommend the place.

Upsides: Leslie was a friendly and responsive host, even though we didn’t meet in person. Check-in was smooth, and the house was spacious, warm, and well-equipped—especially the kitchen. The fast Wi-Fi made it suitable for remote work, and the guitar was a fun touch. Downsides: The bed felt small for two and was made with a flat sheet and uncovered comforter, which I find uncomfortable. Foam pillows weren’t my preference. While not terrible, the bed setup just wasn’t to my taste—we didn’t ask for changes, though the host might have helped. Overall: We definitely recommend. Our two nights stay was rather short to enjoy the house, as we used it more like a hotel, we would recommend it for longer stays

We had a great stay. Gosia is very friendly. The place looks like the pictures. The sauna can accommodate 3 people. Strasbourg is nearby. Curiously, there is a very good pizza at Capfun nearby, if you need to go fast.

Very good stay, cozy and warm accommodation, carefully decorated, everything is there for a pleasant stay, stove, logs, towels, dishes, utensils, washing machine, good bedding, parking space. We had a wonderful Easter weekend at Matthias & Gitta's place. We were looking for a cozy, relaxing break on our trip to Blackforest National Park and the place was perfect for us. They were really responsive to our request for early check-in and recommendations and suggested good short trips to us. We felt comfortable from the moment we stepped in, where they had laid some Apfelsaft and Cookies for us. The place is HUGE! Far more rooms then we needed. Our daughter loved running around the house and playing with the toys and games available. Was really happy to see a nice carved Chessboard and Foosball (two of my favorite indoor games). The kitchen, too, is stocked with cooking essentials. The hosts keep their respectful distance, but were always available for any Qs/requests. Would definitely stay here again when we make our next trip in the area. Best, Hardik

We had a very nice stopover in Julia's house, on our way to Italy. The house is located in a nice and quiet place. Inside, it is sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort for the children. We experienced our stay as very pleasant! Thank you!

My husband and I had a great stay at the apartment together with our baby. It is very cozy, so you feel right at home. The amenities are particularly noteworthy, they go far beyond "standard amenities". The children were also thought of here. The contact with the hostess was very friendly and pleasant at all times. If we come back to the area, we would definitely choose this apartment again!

We were very warmly welcomed and guided directly through the rooms, which immediately gave us a good feeling. The accommodation was fully equipped – we especially liked the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. It really had everything you need. The outdoor area is a real highlight: the garden is very well maintained, invites you to relax and offers a fantastic view. Overall, the Airbnb is located in a quiet residential area, which is very pleasant – but you should also be careful not to be too loud yourself. The fitness equipment is a nice extra and perfectly sufficient for a small workout – but it could be oiled again :) Overall, we had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend the place! Everything was right here.

We were a larger group and had a great stay all around! The welcome was extremely warm and friendly. The house exceeded our expectations – it is very spacious, well equipped and offers a variety of possibilities for use. We all felt very comfortable and would love to come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

The place was very nice, as described, we had many options, kicker, billiards, the large pool, hot tub, a large meadow, table tennis, etc. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken, which was a bit annoying. Eve wanted to solve the problem, was very communicative, but unfortunately it didn't work. A little too little toilet paper and hardly any towels to dry yourself with were available. Otherwise, we were very happy with the place. The long weekend was very nice!

We were 3 families each with a 2, 5 and 9 year old child. Our dog was there too. We spent our New Year's Eve there. Everything was as described and the place was super clean. If you want to spend a few quiet days and want to cook, you are in perfect hands there. Rarely found such a perfectly equipped kitchen. The dog was able to jump around in the entire large garden, as everything was completely fenced and thus also got his money's worth. We would go back there in a heartbeat! Clear recommendation!

We were very satisfied with the apartment; very quiet, nice views and good amenities. You actually have everything you need for a nice time with family and friends. The hosts were very nice and also flexible with check-out. We would love to recommend it :-)

We loved the place during our stay! It is really beautiful, especially the master suite impressed us. It's a bit remote, but that's exactly what we wanted. A trip to Strasbourg was also possible, about 50 minutes' drive. You just can't travel without a car😉 I'm sure we'll be back!

Perfect accommodation! We found it even better in real life than in the photos! Nothing was missing, everything was provided: bed linen, bathrobes, towels, flip-flops. Very responsive host! Everything is there for a wonderful stay! We'll be back if we have a chance! Go there without so much as a second thought! You won't be disappointed!

The stay in the house was really great. The house offers all the amenities you need and what was indicated. All rooms were very clean and well maintained. Bathroom and toilet were also impeccable. Only the trash cans and one or two kitchen utensils were not completely clean on arrival. But that didn't disturb the atmosphere in the sweet house in any way. Patrice even kindly brought us toilet paper, as it was scarce at the beginning. She was always reachable and responsive. The garden and terrace are perfect for relaxing outside and being directly in nature. The surroundings are beautiful and ideal for hikers. Strasbourg is also easily accessible by car and always worth a visit.
