Welcome to our guest house near the sea, beach, restaurants, shops and nice connections in picturesque Limhamn. Our newly renovated home has a private entrance, private bathroom and a cozy bedroom with continental bed and dining area. In the kitchenette there is a fridge & microwave, as well as various machines that can brighten your breakfast, the most important of which is perhaps the coffee maker? And yes, coffee is included. From the comfortable bed with two duvets you can lounge in front of a 32” TV with chromecast (casta yourself). Welcome to us!

Modern guesthouse near the sea and the Öresund Bridge

Relax in this calm, stylish, completely newly renovated home in Klagshamn. The guesthouse is located to our house and close to natural areas. Bus station is by the street where bus no. 6 takes you to Hyllie where you then have many choices such as Emporia shopping center, train station that can take you to Copenhagen or central Malmö and more. By car it takes about 30 min to Copenhagen and 25 min to Falsterbonäset. The accommodation is best suited for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. We are looking forward to your host!

House with tiled stove near the sea in peaceful area in Bunkeflostrand. New balcony with lovely evening sun. Perfect starting point for relaxation, adventure and shopping. Enjoy a large garden with patio and south-facing barbecue. There are five bicycles to borrow. Perfect for families. Walking paths along the sea overlooking the Öresund Bridge, large green areas and playground are within just a few minutes walking distance. Biking distance to lovely beaches. The bus takes you quickly to Hyllie, Malmö and Copenhagen.

Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located on Limhamn close to Malmö Arena (about 4km) and to Malmö city (about 5km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two plates, oven and microwave. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a handset, a shower and a washing machine. In the apartment there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it but some atmospheric lights can be lit. Free Internet and large TV range.

Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Small guesthouse in very quiet area, on the last exit before the Öresund Bridge. Close to swimming jetty (600 m), beach (Klagshamn 3 km) and bus stop (100 m) The guesthouse has a 140 cm wide bed, an armchair and toilet and sink. There is also Wi-fi and a kettle. There are bicycles to borrow. About 10 minutes by bus to Hyllie, and about 30 minutes by bus/train to Copenhagen airport. Note; only cold water, and no shower/bath. Best suited as an overnight apartment for short periods.

A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.

We had a wonderful time in Camilla's house. Everything was super clean and tidy. The beds were made and there was space in the closets to put our stuff. The contact went very well, Camilla gave us tips about restaurants, beautiful hiking areas and nice towns. We'd love to come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl and Stina’s place, and it exceeded all expectations. The house was even better than the pictures—beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. From the moment we arrived, it felt more like staying at a friend’s home than an Airbnb. Carl and Stina were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the nights, the temperature was a little high, and they promptly brought us portable fans to use, which made all the difference. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore both Copenhagen and Malmö, as well as the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and conveniently located home away from home.

Beautiful house in Klagshamn

We looked for a place to rest from a long trip for just 2 days and for that purpose it was perfect. The Check In was very smooth and easy via code. There is even a bus station in front of the house that is taking you to Malmö Center in 20min, you can get to Copenhagen if you take the train afterwards and be there in 1 hour total. The house was very clean. The downstairs heating didn't work I think, but it wasn't a big issue for us. The only downside we experienced was that the linens were listed in the amenities, but we had to pay an additional 20$ each person for a set of linen and 2 pieces of towel. Other than that we had a very good short stay.

This spacey flat was well equipped and very comfy for our family of four. Lone always answered right away, gave great local recommendations and was very friendly. This area is ideal especially for those moving around on their own car.

A modern bathroom features a contemporary sink with storage beneath and a circular mirror mounted above. A toilet is positioned beside a shower area, with natural light filtering through a skylight. A washing machine is visible in the corner, enhancing convenience.
