Koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta, helt nyrenoverade boende i Klagshamn. Gästhuset ligger intill vårt hus och nära naturområden. Busstation finns vid gatan där buss nr 6 tar dig till Hyllie där ni sedan har många valmöjligheter såsom Emporia shoppingcenter, tågstation som kan ta er till Köpenhamn eller centrala Malmö med mera. Med bil tar det ca 30 min till Köpenhamn och 25 min till Falsterbonäset. Boendet lämpar sig bäst för 3 vuxna eller 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Vi ser fram emot att vara din värd!

Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. I lägenheten finns också en öppen spis. Det är dock inte tillåtet att elda i den men lite stämningsfulla ljus går bra att tända. Fritt Internet och stort TV-utbud.

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

I köksvrån finns kyl & micro, samt diverse maskiner som kan förgylla er frukost, varav den viktigaste kanske är kaffekokaren? Och ja, kaffe ingår. Hus med kakelugn nära havet i fridfullt område i Bunkeflostrand. Ny balkong med härlig kvällssol. Perfekt utgångspunkt för avkoppling, äventyr och shopping. Njut av en stor trädgård med uteplats och grill i söderläge. Det finns fem cyklar att låna. Perfekt för familjer. Promenadstråk längs havet med utsikt över Öresundsbron, stora grönytor och lekplats finns på bara några minuters gångavstånd. Cykelavstånd till härliga stränder. Bussen tar dig snabbt till Hyllie, Malmö och Köpenhamn.

Nära till badbrygga (600 m), strand (Klagshamn 3 km) och busshållplats (100 m) Gästhuset har en 140 cm bred säng, en fåtölj och toalett samt handfat. Det finns också Wi-fi och en vattenkokare. Det finns cyklar att låna. Ca 10 min med buss till Hyllie, och ca 30 min med buss/tåg till Köpenhamns flygplats. Obs; endast kallt vatten, och ingen dusch/bad. Passar bäst som övernattningslägenhet i korta perioder.

A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.

A compact laundry area is equipped with a washing machine and a wall-mounted drying rack. A small bench provides seating, while a decorative lamp casts a warm glow. The space features a grey patterned rug and reinforces a tidy, organized environment.

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huis van Camilla. Alles was super schoon en opgeruimd. De bedden waren opgemaakt en er was plaats gemaakt in de kasten om onze spullen neer te leggen. Het contact verliep heel fijn, Camilla heeft ons nog tips gegeven over restaurants, mooie wandelgebieden en leuke stadjes. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl and Stina’s place, and it exceeded all expectations. The house was even better than the pictures—beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. From the moment we arrived, it felt more like staying at a friend’s home than an Airbnb. Carl and Stina were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the nights, the temperature was a little high, and they promptly brought us portable fans to use, which made all the difference. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore both Copenhagen and Malmö, as well as the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and conveniently located home away from home.

We looked for a place to rest from a long trip for just 2 days and for that purpose it was perfect. The Check In was very smooth and easy via code. There is even a bus station in front of the house that is taking you to Malmö Center in 20min, you can get to Copenhagen if you take the train afterwards and be there in 1 hour total. The house was very clean. The downstairs heating didn't work I think, but it wasn't a big issue for us. The only downside we experienced was that the linens were listed in the amenities, but we had to pay an additional 20$ each person for a set of linen and 2 pieces of towel. Other than that we had a very good short stay.

This spacey flat was well equipped and very comfy for our family of four. Lone always answered right away, gave great local recommendations and was very friendly. This area is ideal especially for those moving around on their own car.
