This is a great place for bird watchers and wildlife lovers, with excellent opportunities for walking and cycling right from the front door!

Doris our shepherds hut

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.

John's Cottage is a 3 bedroom bungalow situated just outside Wedmore. The accommodation comprises an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms. The property is well situated for visiting a number of local towns and villages. Cheddar is 5 minutes away by car, Wells and Glastonbury 20 minutes and Bath and Bristol approximately an hour. The accommodation is also only 10 miles from Weston-super-Mare, Brean and Burnham on Sea beaches. Friendly, well behaved dogs are welcome.

It is always a pleasure to stroll around. The pace is relaxed, the locals are very friendly and will direct you to the local pubs and shops if requested. The Mendip hills , Wells and Glastonbury are very near, and all offer so much for sight seekers.
