This semi-detached house has an unparalleled sunny location overlooking Hundfjället & Tandådalen. That together with its own outdoor spa and well selected material choices make the house quite unique. 5 bedrooms and kitchen in an open plan with the living room. Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

Approximately 10 minutes to Stöten ski resort, approximately 25 minutes to Sälenfjällens facilities and approximately 40 minutes to Trysil. Next to the cabin, there are cross-country ski trails 3 and 8 km and snowmobile trails. In summer, there are nice hiking trails around the area and it is 2 km to Södra Kungsleden. 500 m to Görälven for fishing, 25 min to Rörbäcksnäs with its well-known mountain bike trails. There are also several swimming areas within a few km distance. Sauna!

In the sleeping alcove there are four beds and in the kitchen a sofa bed. A fantastic living room decorated in the old boathouse. A wood-burning sauna right on the edge of the lake.

Summer offers activities with fishing in Görälven and beautiful hiking in the nearby area or in Fulufjället National Park. There's also the possibility of berry picking, paddling and mountain biking nearby.

Here you live close to nature and have easy access to mountain walks and cycling as well as skiing and cross-country skiing. In winter, you can reach the nearest lift to the ski slopes with a short walk, which makes it easy to get out on the slopes directly from the house. For cross-country skiers, the nearest trail is only 200 meters away – perfect for an early morning walk.

Welcome to our newly built house in Södra Fjällvyn, a scenic area near Sälen-Lindvallen's ski resort. The cabin has 3 floors and is equipped with all conceivable comforts, such as a stove, outdoor hot tub and sauna. The area is peaceful with cross-country ski trails nearby. From the cottage you have a wonderful view of the Sälen valley and Lindvallen's ski slopes. A 5 min drive or 15 min walk takes you to the Lindvallen resort with Sälen's largest ski area, grocery stores, restaurants, aqualand.

This apartment is in Stöten in the Pistbyn area, which is located in the middle of the hill. The apartment has ski-in/ski-out both to the World Cup slope that goes to Stöten square and to the Alven slope that leads down to the ski square. It has beautiful views of the mountains and is located about 100 meters from Stöten square where restaurants/after ski, shops and ski rental are available. The Mountain Lodge hotel with restaurant, spa & relaxation with outdoor pool is also just below.
