Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen. In the area, there is a swimming pool and paddle court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things can be found within walking distance such as Experium with adventure pool, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also close to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Cozy cottage, 250 meters from the lift, cross-country skiing and snowmobile tracks. Quiet area on a cul-de-sac in one of Sälenfjällen's most sought-after areas. NOTE: Cleaning is not included, guests clean up after themselves! PLEASE NOTE: Sheets (bed linens) and towels are not included! Entry floor: Hall, bathroom with shower, toilet and small sauna. Bedroom 1 with double bed, Bedroom 2 with bunk bed. Living room with wood-fired fireplace. Kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and dining table with space for 10 people. Loft level: Double bed and 4 single beds.

The fireplace creates cozy factor. 4 bedrooms, a total of 9 beds. Separate sauna with glass door out to nature and ski storage with good storage and boot warmers. Here you have all the amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet. Perfect accommodation for large groups.

With delightful views of the slopes from the balcony on the top floor and the pool area just outside. During the summer, there is a swimming pool and paddle facility next to the apartment building. Two bedrooms with combined kitchen and living room. Sauna for two people, stove, drying cabinet, private parking, Wi-Fi and smart TV. There is parking with a charging station for electric cars.

Welcome to our charming cabin with a cozy sauna and grill room in the backyard. The cabin is divided into two separate parts rented out separately. There's a free ski bus nearby and access to beautiful cross-country and snow scooter tracks just by the house. The slopes, supermarkets etc. are just a 5-minute drive. Local restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Please note that cleaning is only included during Christmas, New Year, W6,W7,W8, W9. Cleaning and bed linnen can be requested anytime.

Pool och Padelbanan är nu stängd för säsongen. I det nybyggda området Fjällbäcken Pool & Paddel är vår lägenhet belägen med omedelbar närhet till Söderåstorget. Vårt hus är närmast torget. Vid Söderåstorget har SkiStar installerat en ny 6stolssittlift (med vindskydd och värme i sitsen) som startar tvärs över vägen från oss. Så kort promenad till liften. Hem glider man enkelt! Experium med dess aktiviteter, MTB center, Cross Country Arena etc ligger även inom promenadavstånd.

One of the best locations in Lindvallen with about 20 meters to the slope. Child-friendly, close to ski schools, adventure pools, shops, cinema etc. Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, fully-equipped kitchen. Check-in from 4 p.m. and check-out at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Pets or smoking are not allowed. Age limit normally 25 years.
