The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities both in summer and winter.

In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area, there is a pool and paddle tennis court (pool opening hours June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike trails.

Large and sunny terrace that goes around the house, with striking views and 10-15 meters from the hill 35 (Hasse) and the bike trail. Ski storage and 2 parking spaces.

The cottage is beautifully located in quiet nature and despite the nice feeling of an undisturbed location, you are only 5 minutes away from Lindvallen's center with everything from ski slopes and adventure pools to shops and restaurants. Gubbmyren's cross-country ski track is only 100 meters from the house with loops of 5, 7 and 10 km. The cottage with nice mountain architecture is perfect for those of you looking for a comfortable accommodation with room for the larger company.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. With walking distance to the nearest lift and Experium. With stunning views of the hills from the balcony on the top floor and the pool area just outside. During the summer, there is a pool and paddle tennis facility next to the apartment building. The pool is now closed for the season but the paddle tennis court is open. In the newly built area Fjällbäcken Pool & Paddel, our apartment is located with close proximity to Söderåstorget. Our house is closest to the square. At Söderåstorget, SkiStar has installed a new 6 chair seat lift (with wind protection and heat in the seat) that starts across the road from us. Such a short walk to the lift. Home one slides easily! Experium with its activities, MTB center, Cross Country Arena etc. is also within walking distance

Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Welcome to our house in Södra Fjällvyn, a scenic area near Sälen-Lindvallen's ski resort. The cabin has 3 floors and is equipped with all conceivable comforts, such as a stove, outdoor hot tub and sauna. The area is peaceful with cross-country ski trails nearby. From the cottage you have a wonderful view of the Sälen valley and ski slopes. A 5 min drive or 25 min walk takes you to Lindvallen with Sälen's largest ski area, grocery stores, restaurants, aqualand. There's 600 meters to the ski bus.
