There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is available all year round. This is included in the rent so there is no extra cost for it. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Our beautiful former school is located directly by the Ångerman River, you will live in your own apartment - a former school hall that has been converted into an apartment with three rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. The cabin is located on a private plot at the end of a headland. Dogs are allowed to be brought along on two criteria. 1. They must be kept on a leash outdoors. Loose dogs are not allowed, but a longer leash is fine. 2. Cleaning needs to be done extra carefully considering dog hair etc. indoors.
