The apartment is from the turn of the century, 1912, with high ceilings and spacious rooms. From the kitchen, you open the doors to the lush courtyard and a private balcony. A fully-equipped kitchen, nice bedroom, lovely children's room, 2 toilets, and beautiful living room make this the perfect apartment for those who want to stay both practically and nicely. This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.

Welcome to my place! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Stockholm. Located in Old Råsunda, “Swedens Hollywood”, where Ingmar Bergman (famous Swedish director) shot many of his films. The area also has many exquisite restaurants, wine bars and cafés and is only a few minutes (by foot) from Friends Arena as well as Mall of Scandinavia, Northern Europes largest indoor mall with excellent shopping opportunities.
