My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Happy you are looking at this place for your stay in Stockholm. The property is new and built 2016. One bedroom. There is only one bed 160x200 cm and a sofa in the Livingroom. Big windows and only regular curtains The bathroom is big and has a shower area. Washing possibilities in the house on -2 floor. All the necessities are there example: towels, extra bed linen. Pets are welcome. I have a dog myself so if you are allergic this is not the place for you. No smoking & no shoes inside.

The house, which consists of three apartments, was built in 1929 and is located in a nice garden with lots of flowers during spring and summer. You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
