Lake home at gorgeous Upper Silver Lake just waiting for memories to be made. The large lot is perfect for entertaining with large decks on both the front and back of the cottage. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of stepping away from the real world. The house has all the amenities you need. Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Older and modest cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.
