Jo is a lovely, helpful and congenial host. She made sure she was there for my arrival (which was later than planned) and helped me with my things as I am somewhat mobility challenged. Her place is a classic terraced house in the area and she maintains it beautifully. I loved her decor. Everything was comfortable and very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay with her again.

Nina called me the day before I arrived to go though everything - a nice touch. House was way to access. Comfy bed, clean house and great shower. Only had a few minutes chat with Nina but she was very welcoming and friendly. Good proximity to Leamington town centre. And free parking in the streets near the house. Would visit again if in the area.

A wonderful stay! Pam was everything you would want in a host - friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had a spotlessly clean room which was exactly as it looked in the photos, with a very comfortable bed. I also had sole use of an immaculately clean bathroom, with a good hot shower! Jephson Gardens is a very short walk away but the street is residential, safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!
