We had a wonderful time at Little Trevio. The apartment itself is very clean and bright, stylishly decorated and perfect for two people. The parking space is right outside the apartment. The outside spaces - made up of two terraces with spectacular views of the quay - were fantastic (we did not get to use the sun loungers or the barbecue because it was a bit wet during our visit). The location is close to the centre of town, on a hill overlooking Brixham Quay. Emily is a great host - instructions and communications were excellent. We got a complimentary cream tea on arrival! We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to reserve again next time we are in the area.

Lovely little base for trips to the beach and local walks. The airbnb was spotless and very comfortable - a great use of space, with all essentials provided! We particularly appreciated the little box of cookies and tea/coffee on arrival which was a lovely touch. It's a very convenient location, and it was incredibly helpful to have parking since the seafront isn't the easiest place to find a space! Josh (the host) was really friendly and welcoming, and very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay at Paulines beautiful apartment! Everything you could possibly need had been thought of and provided in such a tastefully decorated way. The flapjacks on arrival were supurb! The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

We really enjoyed our stay at Vicki’s place. It was well furnished with most items needed for a stay away from home. The Airbnb was also conveniently located near by the beach and transport links. We would love to stay here again.

A lovely one bedroom flat with a bright spacious living/kitchen area. Lovely big window to see the great view, with outdoor seating at the front on the balcony and at the back. Decorated to a high standard and well kitted out. It is very central and very convenient for the harbour and the shops. There are lots of great fish restaurants and coastal walks and places to visit. We could have stayed longer! Brixham is built on hills and the property is reached down a flight of stairs, so we followed a previous reviewers tip and packed light - one cabin bag and one backpack each. You hear the seagulls and church bells in the front room which I loved, but the bedroom at the back is very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay at Britannia 19, Annie was very communicative, check in was easy, and the flat had everything we needed, a stones throw from the heart of Dartmouth, with easy access to the ferries and south coast pathways that are quintessentially South Hams. The narrow street location is a little challenging, so you need to be organised in terms of decanting your luggage, groceries etc from car to flat, as you basically have to block the road for a few minutes, again part of the charm of Dartmouth, but the car pass for the local car park is very useful, and we had no trouble finding a space there, and once we had found the shortcut alleyway, it was literally a couple of minutes walk from the flat. Would certainly recommend this flat and this location.

Highly recommended! We stayed for two nights as a family of four. Emily's place was just perfect for our needs. It's super clean, comfy and centrally located to be able to walk to all the great shops, coffee places and restaurants in Totnes. We also drove just over 10mins to do the south Devon steam train, which the kids loved. Emily was a fantastic host (restored my faith after a run of not great airbnbs). We will definitely return when visiting Totnes.

A stunning lodge located in an upscale part of Brixham. The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need – from a great coffee selection to hot chocolate, Biscoff treats, and even a variety of water. The interiors were beautifully designed with a stylish boho vibe, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Thanks to Helen’s lovely place, I had the chance to discover Brixham – a charming, picturesque town with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We stayed for 2 nights at Sarah's cottage and we were delighted with the facilities and location. It was around the corner from the High Street and was ideally positioned for shopping, restaurants and even the Steam Train. We would love to come back next time we visit! Thank you, Sarah

A beautifully presented property in a perfect position on the quieter side of the River in Kingswear. Very clean and well equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings and comfortable beds. All rooms are spacious and comfortable and the outside space is beautifully sunny and well appointed. Great communication throughout from Sharon. All in all a cracking holiday let.

Great home with outstanding facilities and location. Pool is a highlight, and hot tub right next to it which is great for when the kids get chilly! Fantastic playroom for them too. Boiling water tap for grown ups teas and coffee with good indoor and outdoor seating areas. Fun for all the family!

We enjoyed a great week at Nina’s lovely house. It was exactly as described in the listing and Nina was always very responsive.

We had a great stay at Portia's for bank holiday weekend. The den is very well equipped and we found it a peaceful place to stay.

The Italian Garden is a magical respite. Down a tiny country road, near mostly farmland and hills, you’ll find this incredible hideaway. We arrived at night and will admit didn’t do much research before booking (although there’s a lot of info online if you search theitaliangarden)- so were shocked to find that this gorgeous home is nestled just in front of nearly four acres of a phenomenal private garden that you often have to yourself. Words can’t do it justice … just go! The house itself has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you can imagine to cook or bake. There’s a gas fireplace for cold nights, and an outdoor fire bowl. Every bit of the house is luxurious and comfortable. It’s in an extremely quiet part of southern Devon, but just a 15 minute drive from bustling Totnes with unique restaurants and shops. There are many other nearby towns to explore, and Dartmoor is also very close by for gorgeous walks and landscape. Our week flew by - we can’t more highly recommend i

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

We've stayed with Di a few times and intend to do so again. It is so convenient- only a few minutes from the High Street and all the shops, restaurants etc. It is also very quiet and peaceful at night, unlike so other town-centre locations! It is always extremely clean and we feel very comfortable here. Thanks Di!

I really should say something horrible to put people off... so that my wife and I can book it whenever we want to!! However.... it was a fantastic apartment, with great facilities, everything we needed and a few extra things we weren't expecting, which made it really special. Parking under cover was a real bonus. And the location was simply perfect. Close to the beach, the station, and the town. Can't wait to go again (if you don't all beat me to it!)

Sandie and Dan communicated extremely well and were even kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the normal check in time as we had an event to attend. The property was clean and tidy and instructions were clear. I would highly recommend this property to anybody staying in Plymouth. The only issue we had was parking via the ringGo app which for some reason wouldn't work and the phone number on the sign on the street didnt work so i was unable to pay so im now expecting a fine. However this was not in anyway the fault of the hosts just something to bare in mind for future guests. I would recommend dowloading and setting up the ringGo app pre arrival. Another lovely stay at Palmdene. This place really is home from home and so comfortable. Love being able to stare out to see from both the kitchen and the living room. Everything we need is there. Great place for going onto Paignton beach (approx 10 mins) or go over the top and head to Goodrington beach, it will take a bit longer but the views are stunning. Booking again very soon.
