Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Stoke Fleming

This was my third stay at Amy’s and won’t be the last. The home is outstanding and the back beach on your doorstep, the town is less than a few minutes away and all you need there. Lots of pubs and tea shops and I highly recommend a visit to Laura Wall Art for lovely gifts. Be back soon thank you Amy

Splendour House was just what we expected for an extended family holiday in Paignton. All facilities were available which was good as the weather was not what we’d hoped for. Tom is a great host and would recommend Splendour House to large families for its location and enclosed back garden. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tom & Co.

We wanted to get away from it all in a part of Dartmoor we hadn't been to before and Steve's place seemed to fit the bill. When we got there, we found that it more than met our expectations! The Barn was exactly what we were looking for: a wonderful peaceful location and extremely comfortable and very well-equipped accommodation. The big selling point for us was the fact that the Barn was on lots of well-mapped walks, so that we could go on lovely walks in all directions without having to get in the car. Steve and Tessa were the perfect hosts; they made us feel most welcome and we found we had a lot in common. We very much enjoyed our short stay and look forward to returning to the Barn before long to explore the area further.

Serendipity is a lovely house with stunning views. Marks has designed and refurbished his house beautifully and very much with his guests in mind. The downstairs is spacious with a very large table so we as a party of nine could sit all together or in separate groups inside and outside. Well done to Mark. He is a very considerate and welcoming host.

Great little place to stay, we loved it! Full of character and so handy for the town (up a steep hill!!) but we're used to long strenuous walks, so not a problem for us. Really happy to recommend & would definitely stay again. Thanks :)

Amy and Jack have designed The Loft wonderfully. I got lots of design inspiration and even asked Amy where she got some things from. I stayed with my dog and we were very comfortable, I could happily have stayed longer. There is no garden or any views but the inside made up for this. I walked down into Dartmouth and got the Park & Ride bus back (never got charged). Was not going to attempt the hill back. The Loft is on a new build estate, which they are still building, however it’s still peaceful. One of the best AirBnBs I’ve stayed. Fresh milk, Prosecco and cookies on arrival. I will definitely return!

House Martin cottage had everything we needed for a 4 night stay with twin toddlers and a dog. The setting was stunning, we were very lucky with the weather, but the facilities would have been great regardless. The indoor pool was almost all to outselves when we used it and had clean changing facilities too. The games room was a great addition although luckily we didn’t have to use it much as the sun was on our side! My boys loved the park too. The cottage itself was clean and cosy and included things like black out blinds meaning there was no faff when getting the kids to bed. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen and lounge had everything we needed. I would love to visit again in the future!

We had such a wonderful stay at your beautiful property — everything was absolutely perfect, and I truly appreciated how thoughtful and welcoming you both were. Your quick responses made everything so easy, and the beautiful birthday basket you left for me was such a kind and unexpected gesture that really made my day. Thank you also for letting us have a late checkout — it was such a help and made the whole experience even more relaxing. You really went above and beyond, and I’d love to stay again in the future! The host, Julie, was really helpful and responsive to our messages. Beautiful surroundings and the views from the chalet were incredible. We were visiting old friends and neighbours and it was an excellent base. The walk down into Shaldon along the golf course was convenient and stunning but be prepared for the walk back up!! The chalet had everything we needed and was really nicely decorated with comfy sofas and beds. Wish we were there longer and would love to go back.

We had an amazing stay at Lesley’s. I wish we could have stayed longer. There was so much to do in the local areas. The caravan was spot on, lovely and clean and we were very grateful for the little hamper and milk when we arrived. Everything was clean and tidy and we particularly loved all the fleecy blankets for that extra cosy touch. Thank you Lesley. Would 100% recommend and stay again

Yet again we had a fantastic break in this great holiday home. This is our third visit and ready to book again for next year (if they will have us ) lol. Keep up the great job in hosting that you both do so well, and thanks again Ted.

The cottage and location were just perfect for us with a great mixture of peaceful countryside surroundings, pool, games room and easy access to multiple beaches for seaside adventures with our primary aged kids. Judy was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and clean with underfloor heating in the bathroom a bonus!

It was a privilege to stay in this beautiful family home. The location was sublime, peaceful and idyllic. The quirky access was amusing and great to be so close to the Ferry Boat Inn. The house had everything you could wish for and more!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend away in this Air BnB! The view was beautiful and the location was very convenient, only a short walk into the centre of town. Would highly recommend staying here

We absolutely loved our last minute stay at Riverside Lodge. Carey was an incredibly responsive host full of information and recommendations that helped us greatly with our stay! It was smooth from check-in to check-out, beautifully peaceful, well kept and homely. We had everything we needed for our short stay and with Carey’s instructions we had no issues finding the property at all. Lovely local walks, beautiful scenic surroundings, local food is fantastic (great recommendations from the host and a helpful welcome pack with places listed!) and the sound of the river the next to the property is so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

Samantha is a great host and her location in Stoke Fleming is a great place to stay when you visit. Highly recommended.

Pebbles is a lovely apartment in the beautiful village of Stoke Fleming. It is nicely laid out and has the added benefit of an outside terrace which is lovely to relax in. Stoke Fleming has a small local shop which is very well stocked with essentials and a post office, there is a really good pub (The Green Dragon) which is super friendly and has good food especially the pizza on a Saturday night, booking in advance is advised. The Italian opposite Pebble serves good pasta. Dartmouth is only a short drive away for a larger supermarket and lots of shops and restaurants. If you love walking the coastal path Pebbles is in a fab location, you can easily join the path from there and go towards Dartmouth or Slapton Sands in the opposite’s direction. Andrew is a great, host very responsive to messages and helpful. We will definitely be booking again.

Great place to stay if you want peace and quiet.

We had a fantastic stay, with our 3 children, in this lovely cottage. It is a beautiful part of the country and the sea views from the garden & balcony are stunning. Steph messaged us beforehand with details of local events and was responsive to messages. The cottage was well equipped for a family, with a stair gate and highchair. Would highly recommend, we’d love to return!

What a wonderful host Gill is and such a beautiful and immaculate cottage the Milking Parlour is. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor space was perfect for the dog. We only stayed two nights but could have comfortably stayed longer. Fantastic stay x
