Beautiful secluded house, quiet and good connection by public transport

What a fantastic place! We enjoyed it very much. Beautiful nature with a camping feeling. The cottage is rather small but very nice. And our daughters really enjoyed the separate guest house. The large garden with all its magical places is wonderful. Alex is a great host, always responded quickly and solved any problems. He even prepared the whirlpool for us. And his dog Audrey is adorable. We can highly recommend this accommodation and hope to come back one day. Thank you Alex!

We had a great stay, Hans is a great host quick to respond and friendly . Fishing on the lake is very good and kayak and canoe and even a boat are at disposal . The cabin have everything needed . We greatly recommend it and will happily go back .

We had the most wonderful week at Joanna's beautiful house with the nicest view. The kids enjoyed the large garden and we all enjoyed enjoying the view of the lake from the hot tub. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the many animal noises. A cold dip in the lake and then the sauna was a great end to a lovely day at Joanna's house. Provides the warmest recommendations.

We had a fantastic stay at Vätö. Immediately when we opened the door, we felt that "wow, we will enjoy it here" The kitchen is perfect for cooking together (we were 7), the cottages have great common areas with large dining tables, lovely sofa group and good board games. The cottage also has lots of activities such as a really good barbecue, outdoor fireplace, jacuzzi and a large lovely sauna where everyone fits. Comfortable beds, very clean and clear communication with Jenny made everything very easy and safe. Really recommend a visit - we will gladly come back.

Thank you Joanna for a lovely stay. We stayed here for 3 nights in October and it’s safe to say that the pictures do not do this place justice. The place is private and it is an excellent location with lots of activities (kayaking, paddle boarding). We enjoyed it a lot!

Great communication, wonderful place and an amazing weekend!

We had such a great time at this lovely cottage. We felt at home, the area is so quiet and yet close to a nice cafe, the sea, the grocery store, adventure swimming many hiking trails and not far into Stockholm. Ann-Kristin and Ragnar helped with everything we needed and made the stay so cozy. Thank you for everything, we would love to come back.

We spent a relaxing week in Pia's house and enjoyed the tranquility and the great, large and well-kept garden. There were several seating areas, some overlooking the lake. We especially liked the lake access with private jetty and sauna. There was even the possibility of using a rowboat. Pia was always available to us. The place was easy to find and check-in was flexible and straightforward. The house was equipped with everything necessary, very clean and cozy. The proximity to Stockholm was also great. There were regular train connections from Gnesta. It was 40 minutes away. We can definitely recommend the place!

We had a great stay at Carl's place. We loved the silence and nature around the house and on the island. The house is at walking distance (15 min) from the buss to Stockholm city (appr 1 hour). There is a lot of deers and foxes in the area and we were lucky to have spotted an "älg" close to the house. The communication with the host worked perfectly and was very friendly.

Tastefully decorated cottage with lovely atmosphere. Lena was very helpful and also lit the stove when we arrived.

We had a very relaxing holiday in the best location by the water. The area is very quiet, in beautiful nature and you can easily drive to Stockholm from there. The house is cozy, the toilet (separate toilet and flush toilet) takes some getting used to, but we got along. I can recommend the cottage.

We really liked Pella's little house, a real cocoon! Comfortable, tastefully decorated, in a nice garden... We only stayed a few days, but we had time to discover the village of Dallaro (absolutely beautiful!), to take a great bike ride with the bikes kindly made available to us by Pella and her husband, to enjoy the delicious cinnamon rolls from the bakery that is close by. We were without a car, and the connection with Stockholm by bus is very easy.

This is probably one of the most beautiful airbnb cabins I have stayed at 💗 The sunroom was my favorite part! We had breakfasts behind the cabin, had coffee by the fireplace, had lovely dinner in the sunroom. Everything about this place is amazing. We really enjoyed the sauna as well! The bathroom were so clean and smelled so good! I thought we needed to go outside to do some activities but the place was beyond beautiful, we just stayed. Sunbathing, barbecuing, and just literally enjoying the nature and the quietness of this place. It was a total escape away from Stockholm. Swedish summers are def magical in Maria’s place 💗

Wonderful stay on the island of Möja! We loved the atmosphere of this authentic and well-equipped house. What a pleasure to enjoy this large waterfront property! We were able to sit in different places for our breakfasts, aperitifs and meals: on the rocks, on the pontoon, on the tables in the garden. We appreciated the plantations and vegetation that respect biodiversity. In the family home, we felt at home. We were able to discover the island by bike on the beautiful small roads and the port is within walking distance. Close-by shops and restaurants. Plan to bring bottles of beer and wine because you can't buy them on site to comply with Swedish law. We will be back!

A wonderful place! Very quiet, and a place where you feel immediately at home. Very nice facilities, lovely beds and good shower. We had a really nice stay and Stephanie was very kind! Would love to come here again.

We had such a nice stay at Göran’s! Such a beautiful area and place to stay. We didn’t realise he lives right next door but that didn’t matter at all. We had full use of the pool and privacy respected. We’d definitely come back. Thank you :)

Everything was great and the stay was perfect for our family!

The two nights in the small cottage were just perfect. The cabin was clean, well equipped + very cozy and homey! The surroundings were extremely quiet and the nature was just beautiful. If we had any questions, we could contact Maria. All in all highly recommended!

The house is quietly located in untouched nature and the wildlife crossing on the property can be easily observed from the terrace. The Cinderella incineration toilet has real entertainment value and presents logistical challenges😉. Exploring the archipelago and Stockholm is easy by public transport. The area is suitable for hiking and cycling. The lake already has bathing temperature at the beginning of June and, as described, is located within walking distance. Johan is a great host and makes the stay very pleasant. Thank you for the two wonderful weeks, we would have liked to have stayed longer 🌞
