In the freshly made room #1 on our lakeside property, you can relax in an archipelago setting. Toilet, shower and private entrance, as well as a small porch. The room price includes a breakfast tray with coffee. To get to our dock with floating wood-fired sauna and swimming, you cross the village road. The sauna is included in the room price once if you stay more than 2 days; otherwise, it costs SEK 500. Read more in Guest Access. Welcome to our cottage in the woods where a hearty breakfast is included! It's in the cottage, so there's no time to fit in, eat what and when you want. The cottage is secluded and has a small kitchen with most things you need, a private toilet with shower and a comfortable sofa bed. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. Large TV with Chromecast and fast WiFi as well as books and games to pass the time with. After a lovely night in the garden house, breakfast is served on the jetty next to the large pond. With a cup of freshly brewed coffee in your hand, you look out over the beautiful, park-like plot where there is always something exciting to discover. With Lake Mälaren's glittering waters just a short walk away, it's easy to be lured to a swim at Stockbybadet. We are close to the big city but still in the countryside and with walking distance to both a grocery store and a lovely pastry shop, you will be happy to stay a little longer.

Room in courtyard house on cozy courtyard in central Mariefred with lake views of Lake Mälaren. The house is connected to the Kakelmakargården from the late 18th century. The room has a double bed that can easily be separated into two single beds, as well as a sleeping loft and a single bed, best for kids. Free parking with charging facilities close to the house. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here.
