Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Our apartment in nature is located in a part of our beautiful and newly renovated house. Only about 20 minutes from the beautiful Lake Constance, nature invites you to cycle. The semi-detached house has its own entrance. You can park comfortably behind the house in the courtyard. There is plenty of space in the garden for the children to play. There is a large swing. In front of the open kitchen, there is also a terrace with seating and sun loungers.
