The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Die schöne Region Bodensee südlich vor uns und das Donautal nördlich hinter uns - das ist der ideale Ort für Ruhe, Wanderungen und Badeurlaub. Auch wenn es mal regnet, kann man viel unternehmen: Bodenseetherme Überlingen, Burgmuseum Meersburg, Schloss Langenstein mit Fasnachtsmuseum, Sealife und Shopping in Konstanz, Zeppelin- u. The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Apartment near the Danube Valley, Lake Constance, Swabian Alps

The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. You will enjoy complete peace and quiet in the apartment and on the terrace. You can go for walks around the renaturalized quarry ponds and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry ponds have been converted into spacious, natural beaches. A bike path runs right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance, and the Swabian Alb are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

Cozy apartment to relax

My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

The apartment has been newly built in an old farmhouse (anno 1833). During construction, care was taken to use as many natural building materials as possible (wood, clay, hemp). The partitions were designed as half-timbered walls. The living room forms a room with the kitchen. The apartment is about 60 m² and is barrier-free.
