Daniel’s apartment is spotlessly clean and appointed with every conceivable amenity one could think of needing while staying there. We had Daniel pick us up at the airport, and immediately felt “at home” after our long journey from San Francisco to Spit. Upon reaching the apartment, we were welcomed by an incredible charcuterie platter prepared by Daniel’s mother that included the best prosciutto we’ve ever had! The apartment is thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything from milk and juice in the refrigerator, to lotions, sunscreen and shaving cream in the bathroom. Without question, the standout quality of our stay was Daniel. His recommendations for places to go, restaurants, etc were superb. We hired him one evening to take us to a hilltop winery overlooking Split, and we got to meet his girlfriend, too. At the end of our stay, we felt like we had a new friend in Split, and even invited Daniel and Mila to visit us in San Francisco!

We enjoyed staying at Gorana's apartment. It is spacious, calm, clean and has everything you need. The view of the sea is amazing and the pebble beach is a few minutes' walk away. It is a 25 - 30 minute walk into town, but in return for that you get a quiet and peaceful environment. There are several good non-touristy places to eat within 10 - 15 minutes - the Skipper pizzeria, with great views of the marina, is particularly good. The Meštrovic Gallery and chapel are a few minutes' walk away and well worth a visit. Overall, a very nice place to stay on our first visit to Split.

Davorka is an amazing host. So personable, delightful, and kind. She gave the best recommendations and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We wish we could ah e stayed much longer.

This apartment is a perfect location so all the bars/restaurants in Old Town but also not right in the chaos! The balcony is great and has a wonderful view of the bay - we had a great stay here!

Thank you for the lovely stay. It was very comfortable for our family of four. Darko was accommodating and helpful the entire time, including catching us before we left a bag behind and bringing it to us at the ferry! What a lovely host. The location is perfect -- easy access to the pedestrian zone, restaurants, the park. But not as busy as staying right in Old Town Split. There's a beach a 15 minute walk away which was also nice and easy to access.

We really enjoy our stay. Everything clean, modern, absolutely perfekt. The apartment, the view, the pool, ... . The owner was helpful and communicative. Last but not least, excellent conditions for charging our electric car. It was wonderful, we would love to come back.

Boris was the most welcoming and friendly host! He met us at the apt for check in and check out and helped carry our bags up the stairs! He explained all the instructions is extremely clear detail, and left us a bottle of wine/crackers and cheese, fresh fruit, and water/OJ! Truly made staying in split extremely wonderful and enjoyable!

It was a great stay. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. The apartment would also be suitable for four people. The sofa covers look a little old-fashioned, but the sensational view of the sea and the large terrace with a hot tub makes you forget that immediately. The landlady was very accommodating and helpful. Transportation from the airport to the accommodation was perfectly organized. Thank you for everything

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

We had an incredible stay! The villa itself was spotless and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely pool. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The Beauty of the Sea Airbnb was the ideal choice for our family vacation. Located just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants, and a convenient 15-minute drive to Split, this property offered the perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. The spacious accommodations comfortably accommodated our group of seven adults, and the swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the Croatian heat. We were particularly impressed with the generous living space, which made it easy for us to spend quality time together. Our host, Mate was exceptional. Mate greeted us upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and helpful orientation of the property. The home-cooked meal he prepared was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our trip. Iona was equally friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend the Beauty of the Sea Airbnb. I would happily return just to sample another home cooked meal by Mate.

If you want a truly unforgettable experience and to be part of something special, PLEASE book this place. From kind words and surprise refreshments to a perfectly private beach tucked into a hidden oceanside village, you will not be disappointed. We had a rental car but didn't use it because we couldn't be torn away from the peaceful clear waters of the Adriatic and the beautifully manicured terraces for lounging and enjoying the sunset views. Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

It is a great place to stay for its accessible location, pristine decor and wonderful hospitality. You will be staying in a heritage site with the Adriatic right on your doorstep! You will be centrally located between 2 touristic cities Split and Trogir making it easy to visit them, as well as take some day tours to other attractions. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a seaside promenade along the Adriatic and with pubs and restaurants along the way that offer great food and drinks. To top it all off, Antonella and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with open arms(and some gifts!). They are very responsive and empathetic, providing guidance and information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

Amazing stay at Josko and Olesya‘s place. Super friendly and communicative, stunning location right on clear and clean water, you can jump right into the water from in front of the house. We chose to Uber back and forth to split (approximately 20-25 minutes for around 16-23€ per ride), but I believe the bus station is also around the corner. Cute bakery and some bars around the corner with views on the water as well as a nice restaurant on the water is a 4 minute walk away. There is also a little convenience store right next to the hosue with pretty much everything you need! We had an amazing time there! Thank you for having us! Till next time!

The waterfront apartment in Split is the perfect place for a couple to stay while enjoying a visit to this beautiful, vibrant and historical city. Toni and Helena and wonderful hosts who will answer your questions thoroughly and quickly and will make any recommendations for things to do and places to eat during your stay. The apartment is very comfortable and is furnished with everything you need during your stay. We loved sitting at the little balcony watching the city wake up, the people enjoying holiday life and even a few weddings in the church next door!! Thanks Toni and Helena for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment and helping to make our Split holiday so perfect. We will definitely come back!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

This was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Split! The location was perfect to see all the sites of Split yet in a quiet location away from noise and bustle. Beautiful beach just a few minutes walk away to have a quiet few hours. We were so comfortable in Dino’s apartment we were sad to leave. All the little touches from cookies, juice and water to the lovely abundance of towels and even bath robes and slippers! Dino is a fantastic host and was always so responsive to any of our questions.

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.
