Beachfront vacation rentals in Stobreč

Frane’s place was very modern & comfortable, with all conveniences provided & easy self-check in to the apartment. Great to have use of a washing machine & an external clothesline. Registration via printed form provided was easy. We loved our 3 days in Split, & wish we could have stayed longer, such a beautiful area to explore. Also used the local buses to get around & taxis are plentiful. Walking around the old city centre with all its Roman ruins was amazing!

Davorka is one of the best host I have had yet. The area is beautiful and I can tell this will be the go to place soon. I visited in May 2025 and there is some construction and a new beach just opened. Davorka made sure we did not get lost by meeting us and driving us to the location. After that she welcomed us into the apartment and went above and beyond providing snacks and even fresh strawberries from her garden. She instantly made us feel like family. The area is in walking distance to the beach and a 10 min drive to old town. I highly recommend this stay. It fit 4 people comfortably with 2 bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

We had a great stay here and loved to explore the mountains, Makarska, Split, Trogir and beautiful beaches. The host is easy to communicate with and will help you with any kind of problem.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Thank you for everything!

The accommodation is very modern and extremely clean. You have air conditioning in every room. The hostess has always been available. She even sent me a map of where you can park your car for free. Very accommodating and friendly. Next time I will book with her again. It is a must!!

BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

This is by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean, great comms, extremely well equipped, spacious and simply perfect 👌. Very friendly hosts who couldn’t do more for us . Please don’t hesitate to book with them . You are guaranteed a fabulous stay . We will be back

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

The stand out feature of Suzana and Tomislav's apartment has to be the most stunning view. Sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset was a favourite. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating for everyone both inside and outside and there were plentiful supplies of dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods and toilet rolls. They had also ensured there were basic cooking supplies of oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and they generously bought in pasta, biscuits, fruit juices, water, milk, coffee and beer ready for our arrival. We were also treated to a traditional home cooked 'peka'. The location is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of a town or city but still have restaurants and a beach. The property was on a very steep hill so we chose to drive every where but it was very easy to find parking. Although the apartment is below Suzana's mother's property, it remained totally private and we felt completely relaxed.

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

oh where do I start, first time in Split and first time doing a villa through Airbnb can't see me going back to hotels if this the experience I get. The place was perfect, the outside space just amazing and inside so comfortable and homely. As must we all enjoyed Split as a holiday destination we all agreed it was the villa that made it. if such a thing as 11/10 I would give it.

Staying at Villa Bella Split was exceptional. The hosts are truly amazing —thoughtful, generous, and attentive in every way. It felt like they had thought of everything to make our stay effortless and memorable. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. Every room is perfectly designed, stylish yet cozy, and filled with little details that make it feel like a real home. The pool was an absolute highlight, so clean and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it so easy to prepare meals and enjoy family time together. One of our favorite things was having lunch on the terrace, soaking up the views and enjoying the fresh air—it became a treasured part of our days. This was more than just a vacation rental; it was a true home away from home. Thank you to the hosts for everything you did to make our stay so special. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back to Villa Bella Split. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a magical place to stay!

10/10 apartment!! initially we were unsure about booking a place out of the main town in Split, but honestly did not regret it one bit! the beautiful view was so worth it, and the transport into Split old town was very easy and so cheap by bus, but we mostly ordered ubers as they were also very affordable. this apartment was so lovely and beautiful to wake up to the sea each morning with a coffee on the patio, a great balance from the busy town. there are supermarkets, a couple coffee shops, a bakery and a lovely restaurant all within walking distance so this was great. lily provided everything we needed and the place was clean and well maintained. lots of cooking equipment too! i definitely recommend this apartment, and thank you lily for being so responsive and accommodating.

We would give this apartment more than five stars if we could! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully designed everything was. Every detail was carefully considered to make the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the spacious balcony terrace. We spent countless hours there, sipping coffee or wine while enjoying the stunning sea view – it was pure relaxation. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and, of course, some delicious ice cream. The beach is also fully equipped with everything you need for a fun day in the sun – you can rent a boat, paddleboard, beach beds, umbrellas etc For getting into town, you have options: either am 15-minute walk or a quick and easy boat taxi ride or only five minutes away by Uber from the local restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. Finally, a huge bravo to our hosts 🙌🏻✅👏

A wonderful vacation in a fantastic accommodation! We can only agree with the very good previous reviews: a place of well-being to relax and enjoy. The house is very tasteful and well thought out. Everything is there to make a vacation pleasant. Chilling in the beautiful garden right by the sea, fireplace in bad weather, barbecue, small quiet bathing bay around the corner, restaurants within walking distance of the harbor, beautiful excursions in the area. In addition, the very nice landlords, who respond quickly and competently at all times and value good and personal communication. We spent our honeymoon here and enjoyed every second. I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb — everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, even providing helpful local tips before we arrived. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions, and we felt at home the moment we walked in. The space itself was spotless — exactly like the photos. Location-wise, this place couldn’t be better. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but just a short walk or drive from great restaurants, shops, and attractions. We felt safe and relaxed the entire time. One of the highlights was the private patio overlooking the beach— perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Beautiful studio, close to the sea and very good restaurants, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The nearby bus takes you easily to Split. Ante is a pleasant and very responsive host, at the slightest problem he responds within minutes. He is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and can recommend activities. I recommend it and would love to come back!

If you want a truly unforgettable experience and to be part of something special, PLEASE book this place. From kind words and surprise refreshments to a perfectly private beach tucked into a hidden oceanside village, you will not be disappointed. We had a rental car but didn't use it because we couldn't be torn away from the peaceful clear waters of the Adriatic and the beautifully manicured terraces for lounging and enjoying the sunset views. We absolutely loved our stay at Dana’s she was so lovely and very responsive. Her apartment was so spacious, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The terrace was so beautiful with an amazing view. It was a short drive from the Old Town which was just a 5 euro Uber drive. There was a bus stop about 150m down the road which we didn’t use but would have been convenient if needed. We had a late flight so Dana let us put our bags in her car and came back and met us to retrieve them. She would have let us check out later and stay in the apartment however she had new guests arriving. We have stayed in a few different places on our trip as we were traveling to a lot of different places but I wish I could have stayed at Dana’s longer. If I go back to Split I would definitely stay there again.
