The nature on Cres is still untouched and pristine full of nature reserves. The north of Island Cres is mostly covered in ancient rain-forest Tramuntana where you can also see old ruins and witness migrations of old settlements (dates back to Romans). The villa has access to garden and pool from it's cozy living room, and also has 2 spacious bedrooms with balcony on second level. NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.
